Yesterday I had a very bad experience for the first time at Starbucks, I have been to Starbucks all over the world and never had this negative experience, for the first time I waited for 15 minutes for a Java chip Frappuccino and not only that, the girl who was training washed all the utensils before handing me my Frappuccino. At the end of it all she handed me my glass all dirty. This happened on 05/08/23 at 6:50 pm. I will never go back to this Starbucks store .

Steven was So Helpful, sweet, & suggested a new syrup flavor to add to my Macha latte! Nicole was Profession and was cleaning the store during the time I was there. You can tell they both take pride in theyr work, if I didn’t live out of state I would make this my daily go to Starbuck If you’re from the area this specific location of the franchise is one of the best. I wish I could rate this store with most stars! Thank you Nicole & Steven for a great experience! ✨

Maybe the Starbucks is fine but there is no drive through even though it was advertised. Updated to 3/5 stars because 1/5 stars over a drive through is stupid (in hindsight). To future customers, if you need a drive through (because, for example, you have a sleeping kid in the car), this Starbucks does not have one, but there is one not far away (201 Middlesex Turnpike) that does.

Rude employees…. They kept me waiting, didn’t even greet me when I came in or told me they would be right with me. The employee that rang me out was very rude, like he didn’t want to be there, and gave me some nasty coffee which was completely not what I had in mind when I ordered. I felt very rushed. I will definitely be going to another Starbucks that’s a little out of my way before heading to work, but they are so much better than this place. Will never go back to this Starbucks again, what a waste of time and money.
