I ordered two drinks for me and my ride who initially dropped me off, which were great. I hung out for over an hour. As my pick up ride approached I put another online order in, and wow did they complain loudly and freely about my order. 1) about putting 2/3 non caffeinated coffee in to which I heard what was hopefully a joke about doing the whole thing non caffeinated, and then complaining about my other drink that had no ice and extra scoops of fruit. Not my best Starbucks experience. Drinks tasted great, but during my wait this past Tuesday evening (4:30-6) I unfortunately had to listen to the employees in the front practically yell about their personal lives and dating life. It was a bit distracting while trying to work as this is a fairly small star bucks.

Cool place been a few years now. Remember on a few visits like cool baristas like a fire inside feeling liking sugar rush or highly devoted folk reminding me chicago Starbucks who told me their dream is to preach to the secular liberals so get these jobs or something like that, or remember like lady kitty spencer telling or implying the Mr cat he’s a bad banana w a greasy black peel like that Lindsey stirling song and one can talk freely about like Harry Potter things even when one shouldn’t go to places and harangue small talk to paid people only, I know, but if I remember all this, must have been a good group with us all along at a cool hang hour from all walks, this country not being built by prince arthas from Warcraft but by men who wore suits and used to wear suits or by men who just stand up and don’t count how many seconds you are down since they tell you on trains “you will be all right”, in wraparound country’s emerald city neighbor. Counterculturalists are intellectuals too, can’t write short reviews but if you actually understand what I’m saying you will see I’m not saying anything but the best for this place to be adopted by anyone’s journey like that song a small town is like a train headed anywhere or the battle of bull run referencing song “I wish the prince of wales could see him lead, the southern black horse calvary on the union charged furiously. But in that hour of peril….” And a single review is bound to beat eleven misdirected rumors of people who haven’t even been here to know what is a crazy interaction and what is just too much truth like mighty wings over a forsaken writer defeated by the orders

ordered a venti, and i haven’t even taken a sip, and you can see in the picture how little of the drink they actually gave me (just barely above that third line!). i’ve been going to this location since it opened and it’s been a steady decline in quality. the staff are always friendly and trying their best to deal with the crowds; i don’t blame them. unfortunately this means the orders are often wrong (like mine in the pic was supposed to have no whip cream) and the wait time is long.

Never had an issue here—always consistent, reasonable wait times, friendly staff. Nothing to write home about but innocuous is also a blessing in itself.

The workers seem to be completely dissatisfied with the work, they do not make the right orders. Every day my coffee with extra almond milk comes only with half the glass full, and I paid for extra. Always missing items for food or even making coffees

Waited 40 minutes for an in-cafe order, never got my drink and everyone who ordered after got their drink first before mine and the staff aren’t super efficient. There were about 5-6 complaints from other customers about their order being wrong or missing items from their order. Some people even leaving with only half their order because of how long they were taking. On top on the long wait times there wasn’t even a drive thru like it says on google maps.
