The best packaged gluten free cakes and breads I’ve ever tasted. I wish we had this where I live, or that they offered mail order, because it would be worth every dime. I had the cinnamon bread, mocha chip bread, and chocolate zucchini bread. All win.

Damn good coffee and pastry. Very nice and pleasant employees. I’m afraid I wouldn’t go back though. Seems that I was wrong demographic for that neighborhood and I quickly felt uncomfortable with the stares from the other customers. I quickly realized that I did not belong in that area and decided to finish my coffee in the car rather than make people feel uneasy around me. But I did enjoy the coffee as I scratched Boulder off of my list of possible places to retire!

I loved the locale & the cold brew was excellent….the food not so much. I had the bacon cheddar breakfast burrito. It was fairly tasteless & I never did taste the bacon. I ordered a peanut butter cookie & didn’t start to eat it until I’d walked several blocks only to find it was a chocolate chip cookie, (which is one of my least favorite). Needless to add, not planning to return.

They have some really good bakery items, like their cinnamon rolls and cookies. Not a fan of their scones, but to be fair, I don’t like many American scones. Coffee is good. Nice outdoor seating.

Not only does Spruce Confections have yummy food (burritos, sweet confections) and delicious drinks (coffee, juices, etc.); every Sunday from 9:30-11:30 there is joyful music in the sweet courtyard on the side. A great band—string instruments and singing—has been playing for the last 15 years (and who I just recently discovered). Old time jazz and tunes that make your feet tap and your head nod. Great folks and fun atmosphere!

Every time I go, the pastries look better than they taste. Love the place/location otherwise, but yeah. Save your “dough” on that danish.

Always delicious. Favorites are raspberry scones, bacon breakfast burrito, and the old b cookie. I spend more $ here than any other place hands down.

Tried a doughy danish that had a sort of burnt top, no flakes. Good burrito, drip coffee just ok
