I ordered delivery for my son for his birthday. Although, they don’t have pasta I was able to get him some wings and a pizza. They gave me an estimated time frame but delivered before it. They also gave me a courtesy call before showing up. He said the food was delicious as well. Therefore, they get a five star from us

They have never delivered on time besides one occasion. I’ve been at this base almost a year and every time the food has been cold and they have been late or something from my order has been missing. Currently my order is coming right at an hour late and none of their numbers has granted me a person to speak with on the location of my food. Last order I had the guy left my pizzia on the floor cause I was like 10 secs away Bc I was told to meet at a specific landmark outside and we have two of them. I went to the wrong one.

I constantly have delivery issues. Waited about 2 hours tonight, was not alerted about a late arrival, and was told by yeomans that the food was sent back after 5 minutes of the driver waiting. No phone calls, and ignoring the ones i sent. The food is decent, fair priced. The customer service is terrible, they really don’t seem to care. Lesson learned: Stay away from delivery.

Tried to order two separate days by calling and from the app. The app said they were not accepting orders and just kept changing the time they’d be “available” again and no one answered the phone. Considering this is the only option for additional food and drink while in a mandatory quarantine, this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. This behavior is shameful at best.

Called at 6pm to order & was told to call back at 7:30 to order for delivery. I called back and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging up. To be a business on a military base you’d expect better customer service. The picking up and hanging up to avoid taking my order was done multiple times.

So ghetto and unprofessional. I called, was put on hold then hung up on. When I called back, and told them I was hung up on, an employee said “well it’s 90 phones in here, then hung up on me.” It’s sad how they treat service members.

they will literally not pick up the phone, or do and just don’t say anything so you’ll hang up or lie to you and tell you they are not doing pick up or delivery. Plus the staff is really rude.
