Very clean bathroom… new! I don’t typically go in but I did today for the first time, I normally go through the drive thru.. the worst thing to do, always forgetting or messing up something on the order. .not getting everything we had paid for… when you go inside to tell them they are very rude . The cashier this day ,that I was inside ordering, she was very polite and sweet as can be, great customer service! The food did take a while to get inside as well. But otherwise I don’t recommend this one. I would suggest driving to the other end and never wait more than 5 min from beginning to end.. not even close to how this Wendy’s is, always a wait, regardless of the time and they say open late( 12) yada yada, well when you go to the drive thru anytime after 840/9 pm your turned away if you are not door dash .. or those kinds of orders… I say behind two cars for 15/20 minutes just to get up to the speaker to be told sorry we are only taking online and door dash. Have a great night. Ugh so over all one good this about here the rest, I’m sorry is not the best.. but honest ‍♀️

the food is fine, but what is up with the late night shift employees?? they’re so rude and slow. nothing like day shift at all. Yes, we do go later on in the night but it’s literally not even busy, waiting 20+ minutes is literally inexcusable when there’s maybe 1 car in front of you.

As I pulled up to the window I realized I didn’t order food for 1 of my kids. I asked if I could add something to my order and was told they can’t do that. So I asked if I could do another order since I’m the only customer they had (inside and outside). The girl disappeared for awhile and returned with another woman who very rudely told me they can’t add anything and if I want to order something else I had to go through the line again! 1 car had pulled to speaker as she was talking! It was all completely ridiculous and they were very rude!

I don’t know what was going on when I stopped in there a week ago. I sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes, maybe more. If my daughter hadn’t specifically asked for a frosty I would have left and a lot of people did leave. I get being short staffed but it’s called fast food for a reason.

I hadn’t eaten all day so at 7:30 I decided to go to Wendy’s because it’s fairly close. It wasn’t really what I wanted but I got a Dave’s double combo with a frosty instead of the Coke. That was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had from a fast food joint! I’ve had issues with this place in the past like getting a bowl of warm spicy water with a couple beans in it and they called it chili. Overall it’s usually not too bad here but I don’t eat fast food that much. I did enjoy it tonight so there it is.

Food was absolutely delicious. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the young girl with pale skin and redish or brown hair hanging in her face with glasses who was making my order. She put stale fries on my tray and then went to help a new customer. Another employee came and took the old fries off and started helping her with the other customer. The girl stares at me the whole freaking time I’m standing there waiting for my order instead of paying attention to what the other employee was saying. Then proceeds to ask me what I’m waiting for when my half done tray of food is sitting in front her 2 eyeballs. The other employee comes over and says im waiting for my fries and then gives me the fresh fries. I would put 3 stars but the extra star is for the other employee who was really doing her job correctly and was nice to me.

This store is far under par. I don’t know why there is cold food being served to people or all kinds of problems with customer service but you need to improve your standards and be thankful that you have a job. If you don’t like working there, then improve upon yourself and provide proper service and food to others so that you might never have to work there again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m always so so nice to every cashier or server because I currently work in customer service too. They didn’t give me my burger so I went to walk inside and the doors were locked? The sign said the dining room was open but I couldn’t get in so I just went in the drive thru again and asked for the burger they forgot. They complained and gave so much attitude like I was an inconvenience to them. I said sorry and thank you but they just slammed the drive thru door back in my face. And my burger is cut in half and falling apart? I had a hard day at work and just wanted something to eat but this was the cherry on top to a bad day.

Always order mobile. They must have tons of issues with the app because I always have to order at the window again, this time around I tried to explain it so I wouldn’t have to wait for her to check for the orders. I order ahead for expedience only to be talked over. Over it.

Terrible customer service, and the drive thru was very slow. When I ordered the Parmesan Ceasar Salad, the employee had to ask if they had it on their menu. The food was good.
