Went through the drive thru. Ordered Son B Combo, large. I noticed one employee out in the parking lot. This is 1:20 pm. Wendys like most chains have what’s called lunch rush. From 11am till 2 then from 2-4 it’s called snack time for most. Anyway the pictures say it all. I went back, with receipt and bad food in hand to be looked at by the shoe place like I j7st wanted free food. No,I wanted quality its in their Logo and policy.

Night shift at this Wendy’s is by far the WORST crew I’ve ever experienced. Dude was taking my order from out in the parking lot after I sat there for 5 min with no greeting, please hold, or anything. After I told him I had a mobile order he was silent for a good minute then asked me again what he could get me. There was 1 car ahead of me. ONE. Absolutely no reason to be waiting for a greeting with 1 person in line that was told to pull up so their drive thru times didn’t skyrocket. I was also asked to pull up to wait on my food as well. My salad, I asked for no blue cheese crumbles. I get home, and guess what? There’s blue cheese crumbles. I also asked for extra cheese on the baked potatoe and didn’t get that either. The chicken in my salad looked like it was made this morning and sitting out all day. Super dry just touching it. Wasted $8 on a salad, thanks for not being able to read an order screen. After 3 cold chicken sandwiches, old fries on multiple occasions, and now this? I’m not longer wasted my time, nor money going to this Wendy’s. Get a better night crew that doesn’t treat 2 cars in the drive thru at 7:45pm like it’s lunch rush. Also, tried to call to get the situation corrected and the phone number Google provides is invalid and you can’t reach ANYONE 🙂

My wife and I stopped in on a hot Sunday afternoon to cool off and grab something cold. The Frosties we ordered were filled properly and tasted fine, and the interior had working AC, which was a relief given the heat outside. That’s about where the positives ended.
When we walked in, we stood at the counter for several minutes without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment from anyone working. I understand fast food gets busy, and I wasn’t in a rush, but standing there in silence with staff walking by without a word was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t have even brought it up if it wasn’t part of a much bigger issue.
The entire front of house was in bad shape. Every trash can, inside and out, was completely overflowing. The drink machine had no ice, several soda options were out, and almost nothing at the station was stocked aside from a small number of straws. It didn’t feel like anyone had checked on it in hours.
The bathroom smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was residue left on the sink. I didn’t get a picture of that, so I’m not focusing on it too heavily, but the smell was hard to ignore.
When I brought all of this to the attention of the manager, the first thing I was told was that she had “just got there.” That might be true, but in nearly every case, a manager should walk into their shift with a full handover from the previous one—especially when the store is in this condition. That kind of explanation just felt like another excuse instead of someone taking responsibility or making an effort to fix anything.
I wasn’t being rude or confrontational. I simply pointed out the issues, and what I got in return felt like a wall of canned responses and shrugs. The whole atmosphere came off like nobody cared and everyone was just waiting out their shift.
It could’ve been an average visit and I wouldn’t have thought twice about it, but the level of neglect and the dismissive attitude made it something worth speaking up about. I was only there about 30 minutes. only two other customers came in and they left pretty quickly after they were done. so I’m not sure exactly what everybody was doing but definitely not anything they needed to be doing. in case it’s relevant we were there at 4:30 p.m Sunday June 22nd 2025

I came through and ordered a 50 dollar mobile order but when i came to pick up the order they said the card was declined even when i had bank statements and proof that the order was paid. My food was all cold and you would think with how long i waited everything would have been hot and/or remade fresh so that way they could have tried to please a customer who was waiting and had to deal with a issue in store. I dont know if ill be ordering from this store anymore.

The night crew needs a readjustment. Placed a mobile order and they left out my biggie bag. They made it and the burger was wrong. Got it remade and they still messed it up. They premade our drinks even though we selected dine in and they were wrong. Our burgers were undercooked and the nuggets tasted like old grease. The manager was drinking while handling food and staff were eating fries in the kitchen. Someone spilled a drink on the floor that sat there for 20 minutes while other staff members gossiped and giggled on their phones. I’m shocked because the afternoon shift is amazing

The food is usually good, but the service is always terrible in the drive thru. I always get rushed while my order is being taken, the ladies on the intercom are always rude and they all sound super depressed and sad. I always see employees standing around in the parking lot smoking around cars and it looks unprofessional and dirty. Most of the employees have holes in their clothes and they just look dirty. I feel that is on management a little bit because, can you not provide clean uniforms? I don’t mind waiting on my food as long as it’s fresh and it usually is.

I say this all the time and I’m going to say it again because I truly don’t understand…what makes putting together a burger and/or chicken sandwich so difficult? I stopped here for lunch today and when I got into my car and unwrapped my double stack, there was mustard all over the wrapper and outside of the bun. I just don’t understand how that happens? The onions and pickles were basically off the burger, i wish I would have taken a picture before I remade the double stack and ate it. Honestly the actual burger pieces weren’t even all the way on the bun. It wasn’t busy in there so I don’t understand why the lady making my burger couldn’t take the extra 5 seconds to put everything actually on the bun rather than making it seem like she made this with her eyes closed. Absolutely ridiculous. I bought another one for my boss and if it’s the same way I’ll edit to add a picture. Also the fry’s were cold & stale tasting and recently that’s been my favorite part. Very disappointing when you get something to satisfy a craving and it’s not even satisfying.

I went through the drive thru but the last at the window was wonderful and the food was delicious

The grilled chicken sandwich is great! I was so excited when they reopened.
Tonight, I think they must have been short staffed as it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of drink carriers, slammed them down, then picked one off the top and shoved it at me. I understand they had more in line, and they were trying to hurry me along, but after waiting 30 minutes in line, not even getting my first choice in food choice, it just wasn’t appropriate. I would have given 3 stars, however, the girl in the first window told me they were out of salads and asked if I’d like anything else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience, and even said it with a nice smile. Therefore, because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star.

Besides the food, it was my worst visit yet. The employees are rude and don’t listen to anything you gotta say. I know its irritating to work but the bare minimum is being kind and welcoming.
