I am so disgusted to leave this review. I am about 8 months pregnant and to order my lunch today and to find a ROACH in my meal I am devastated and disgusted. I had to throw out my entire order. This place needs to be under investigation immediately!! Are they trying to send people to the hospital?!?! ZERO STARS DISGUSTING !! They need to be shut down.

Don’t get me wrong – I love Spice! However, my latest Uber order resulted in not sending me my sider order (egg fried rice) and being told they couldn’t reimburse my money. The lady confusingly said that when I order again through Uber Eats, I should call the restaurant to remind them that they owe me a side order of egg-fried rice or a $2 refund. I was also told they don’t offer egg fried rice, but then why was it an optional upgrade on the page where I ordered it? What? This is not a way to do business. Who will remember that incident to recall that they owe me a side order? I’m so confused.

Came here with a colleague and the food was ok. Not anything special, I would of enjoyed a Popeye’s Chicken sandwich over their Pad Thai. Asked CoCo (he said his name was CoCo)(CoCo is in the green shirt in picture#3) the server to explain the selection of the lunch menu and the guy got an attitude with me when I asked him about the different selections. Poor customer service minus good food equals a 1 star. Then he tells me the fountain ginger ale is the same as a can of Seagram’s ginger ale $3.00 I told him that makes no sense for such a mark up for fountain soda. He says sorry I don’t have fountain soda, only the can. I took the can with a glass of ice. Then they mixed up the placement of our appetizers and my friend ate mine. So I asked for a replacement. CoCo brings out the replacement appetizer with a screw face and slams down the plate. You lucky I gave you a $1 tip. I got sick from your food a few hours later so I will be calling the NYC health department. I hope the owner reads this review because you need help. Please refer to the pictures of the food, decor and staff as part of my review.

I’d ordered two drunk man noodles, one extra spicy, both came with regular spicy. Ordered curry puffs, got steamed veggies. Also got a side of COLD brown rice to go with one of my dishes. ♀️ The food itself (that we’d actually ordered) was ok. I ordered through Uber Eats and when I called the restaurant to confirm my order was picked up because it was delayed half an hour, the lady who answered had never seen or heard of my order. Not ordering here again.

Friendly staff, clean, place, food was both tastey and ok. The Drunken Noodles I ordered was described as spicy, however it was bland, no kick, I had to add a lot of spicy sauce to it.

ASK FOR UTENSILS, WHEN THEY DELIVER. Maybe is a job site,or people just move in. All takeout give out basic utensils. waited 30 minutes for it. Food got cold.

The drink is non alcoholic. I forgot the name but I remember it has a splash of strawberry but it was too sweet.. the three flavored salmon was cool, the sauce is nice with tambarain in it along with a side of coconut rice

First of all, the customer service was bad. I came in and wasn’t greeted or even told where to sit. Very unorganized. We got the menus and they took so long to attend us and bring us water. The food was okay as well. The chicken pad thai was bland, I had to drench it with spicy sauce in order for it to have some flavor.
