Maybe an off day, but I couldn’t finish it, and I was hungry. The waffle fries are not plain but have a crunchy batter that takes away from a typical potato. The meat didn’t have any flavor, and the habenero sauce wasn’t hot to me at all.

Looking at houses we ran into this spot hidden off the highway. It was good. Boat of fries is plenty for like 4 people. Get the double patty burger. One patty is not enough. There are other food trucks here and plenty of places to sit. Bring the kids, they have a playground. I’m assuming on certain days they have live music as well.

The wings were dirty, they had hairs. I think the hairs are from the animal, but I had never eaten wings whose hairs were not cleaned, I couldn’t eat them.

This is a great place to go with a big group. Lots of tables and chairs. It was 95 degrees so I was worried, but there was lots of shade and fans. The Venezuelan truck was amazing!!! Everyone tried something different and everyone loved their food. There is a little playground area and they are dog friendly. They had bowls and water for dogs. We brought our own because I didn’t know, but I thought that was a sweet feature. I was too busy eating delicious food to get a picture of it.

If you want a relaxed family atmosphere for dinner, this is the place to go. This food truck park has several different types of cuisines available (perfect for when everyone wants something different for dinner), and it’s a great place for families with kids or pets because it has a great playground for the kids to play on, it’s all fenced in, and there’s plenty of shaded tables to sit and eat at. If you go, make sure it’s on a Friday or Saturday night, because they have live music and it’s sure to be a good time!

South Fork Fusion was amazing! My wife and I got the Brussel sprouts and they had the perfect char! Tons of flavor, and Sean was awesome with the service, answering our questions and even coming over to check on us after to make sure the food was good! We will be back for sure

Beyond burger is really good, perfect choice for those like me that don’t eat meat. My husband got the wings and he loved them. The staff is great, service is excellent. We love this place so much and we are coming back soon! Highly recommended.

When I ordered the Hot Damn burger, i set my expectations low- it’s a burger from a food truck for $12. What I was not expecting was the best burger I have had in years. The meat was grilled perfectly, the bacon was crispy, the bun was pristine, and the habenero BBQ sauce imparted the perfect blend of heat and sweet. I have paid twice as much for burgers not half as good. My decision making time is much shorter now- if they’re there, I know what I’m getting. Highly, highly recommended.
