My favorite is the Chicken Wild rice soup. Today we got that and this amazing broccoli and cheddar bread bowl. Alex the cashier was very formal and polite. Great restaurant

My wife and I stopped by here this morning June 7th 2023. We were extremely disappointed. We both ordered a souffle, it didn’t even look appealing and The taste wasn’t any better. Very overpriced for the quality of food you receive. The only redemption was it was a gift card that we used. Definitely won’t be back.

I normally LOVE Panera. The food was good as always. However, the girl at the front was incredibly awful! Our 3 year old was overly tired and started having a meltdown as I was trying to order. So he wouldn’t disrupt everyone’s behavior. I had my oldest son take him outside, only to return to the counter to find her talking negatively to her co-worker about us. I took my older son next door to order some Thai, and my husband stayed to wait for the food. After he got everything, he informed me that she spent the entire time he was waiting, saying more nasty things to her co-worker about my son. Incredibly unprofessional. I hope they can train her better, but you can’t train compassion, I guess. With all that said, the next street corn chowder is delicious!

Normally I give really good reviews as I know small businesses need them. I am sure the food would have been great if I had someone to wait on me, but since the kiosks have been installed, I feel totally invisible, even with 3 or 4 people standing in the area and chatting. I just walked out. Acknowledge your customers people. You had just waited on a lady in front of me and just ignored me when done with her. It takes me 10 times longer to use the kiosk than to order from you. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened. Not sure I will go back to this location at Front Range Village at all. College location is a bit better, but Paneras lately overall is making me feel underappreciated, ignored, insulted, and overpaying. Food portions have also gotten smaller while prices have gone up. My husband and I split a Chipolte chicken grilled sandwich the other day and it was barely mediocre when it used to be a great sandwich. Good thing we went out to dinner a couple hours later as while, 1/2 usually fills us, we were both hungry and the sandwich, bag of chips and one ice tea came to $17. I can go sit down at a restaurant for that price and have someone greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome as well as get a real meal. If Paneras continues to go this route, you might as well become a drive through because your service is terrible. Management practices need to change or I will be permanently gone.

It was $12 for two fountain drinks and half a baguette. The guy at the register was being a jerk cause I didn’t tip. Normally when I order actually food I’ll tip, But there was no reason to as I ordered a fountain drink that I got for myself and have a baguette that took 2 seconds to get to me.

The Unlimited Sip cup club is a grear deal. Panera Bread provides hot and cold drink options with and with and without caffeine. They offer a dairy and non dairy milk selection. For breakfast I recommend the egg on brioche as it’s the lowest price breakfast sandwich and contains more protein than a croissant.

It is so overpriced now – hadn’t been there in a bit, and it’s as expensive as going to dinner at a full service restraunt. Food was good but still overpriced. Was $17 with no drink …. just entree.
