I stop by here after my jogs to grab a smoothie. I’ve tried, various times, to eat here, as well, but the food is quite bland. It’s vegan so maybe that’s the vegan taste. I’m sure it’s all very healthy. If bland healthy food is helpful for your diet, then I recommend this spot. If you desire more flavor, you won’t find it here, outside the smoothies. I tried the tumeric drink, and it was awful. The one at Yellow Vase is much better but maybe not as healthy? I’m not sure.. but taste-wise, this one didn’t cut it. Good place if you’re seeking healthy bland food. Not good if you’re a foodie who is able to eat various types of food.

Good quality and healthy ingredients. If this is what you’re looking for, they have lots of options. Fast friendly service. It was fairly busy. Social distancing inside was at a minimum, but that’s just because people were not being careful. There are a few outside tables. There is a grab and go cooler near the door with many options as well. Parking is all metered and the city loves the tickets so be careful.

The Source is a great place on Pier Avenue. Outdoor dining deck and patio. Their coffee is delightful and just about everything they make is excellent and so yummy. A lot of gluten-free options also.

Interestingly enough, the food is better than the service I received here. During this particular visit on 5/4 my sister and I walked in, took a look around, & then stood in line; somehow 2 people , who arrived after us, received service before we did.

Love their veggie wrap, panini and desserts were very fresh and tasty, but I didn’t have a great experience with their service, maybe they were too busy, also one cashier didn’t know how to make Americano, gave me the half cup of Americano and I needed to get hot water on the top of the coffee.

I LOVE this spot. The menu is on point. Plenty for a paleo girl to go eat with her vegan friend. They are so accommodating of all dietary needs. I have been here 2 times on two different trips and have really loved everything. I tried their regular bone broth, green bone broth, matcha, curry egg salad, yam toasts, tons of gluten-free + vegan pastries. I will seriously be returning every time I’m in the area. So good!!!!
