Got just one little avocado slice and like chicken that only half-filled the bread on a sandwich, slightly disappointing compared to my usual experience with Panera. I think someone cut a corner making our order. Generally, I love Panera for healthy and vegetarian options, though. There is a fireplace here, which is cool.

One star ticked for prices. A sandwhich is like 13 bucks by itself. Lord it’s expensive. Good food, clean bathrooms, front wait staff is always very nice, and they have enough employees to not end up like Sonic where they have like 1 employee feels like.

I can appreciate what panera offers, but there are a few issues I have. Placing all flavors of bagels into one bag. Upon eating them, they take on the most prominent flavored and smelling. When ordering multiple items, they just toss the bagles into the bag as if you’re a dog. Their lack of listening skills are very off , my order is often wrong. But I must say management takes care of the issue quickly. My biggest issue is the failure of proper food management procedures. No hair nets, men with full beards without a beard cover. And cross contamination of food. A few weeks ago, i ordered a sandwich in which had a long sapphire red hair in it. Recently waiting for my order I brought ťhis issue up with a lead or Mgr. My concern was dismissed. So I have reported this issue to the health department, and no one needs to get sick or die.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to a couple of people that helped serve me and my family at our local Panera in E-town. The first person I wanted to give a shout out to is an employee by the name of Andrew. He took our order and was the one of the most polite young men I’ve ever come in contact with in our society today. He showed true professionalism and made me feel like royalty. Even though I kept coming back and draining the hazelnut coffee every 20 minuets, he still was very understanding and met our needs to the fullest. The second person I wanted to give praise to is the general manager of the store Kara. She is just the kindest lady and again helped with anything that we might have needed. She brought our food to us AND took our dirty dishes away when we were finished, so we didn’t even have to get out of our seats!

The food was awesome, everyone was nice and friendly, but most of the tables were dirty. They didn’t look super busy, so I’m not sure why nobody wiped down some of the tables.. the booth we sat in also seemed damaged, the booth seat was partially off, creating a hole in one corner. Luckily nobody with us needed to sit there.

came in Saturday and was taken care of well. come in the next day at the same time, was way less busy but they had several items that were out of stock and not replaced. then they make the same smoothie I got yesterday but instead of blending in the Honey they just squirt it on after and let it harden and fall to the bottom of the cup… no cares in the world

I ordered an iced late and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. This was approximately at 8:30 in the morning well after they opened. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru when no one else was in the line. I finally got my bagel in which I asked for sunny-side-up eggs. I got scrambled.

I picked up breakfast for me and my coworkers it was ready on time and had the entire order. Food was delicious. Only reason I put 4/5 stars is because the Strawberry banana smoothie I bought did not taste good. It almost seemed like one of the ingredients was going bad..

The Manager talked to someone they knew in the drive through and held up the line for over five minutes and they didn’t even order any food. I finally got my food and the order wasn’t right. Took the food home and it was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I’ll never go back there again!
