The fare is good at decent prices. Full bar and friendly staff. Unless you pay $15 to Terminal B for high-speed internet during the mere 30 minutes before your flight, the free internet will be ridiculously slow, such that you’ll be unable to load Sora Sushi’s menu after scanning the QR code taped to the sticky tabletop. The waitress was nice enough to lend her private smartphone to me for the menu (as in reading the items and ordering them orally) since there is not ONE single copy of a printed menu! Other than that, great sushi and wide selection of bottled and canned beverages.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while waiting for boarding. No greeting upon entering and was told bluntly to scan their barcode before seating myself. After waiting a long time a waitress finally came to take my order. What ensued was even longer wait before my food was served. I order teriyaki chicken plate, which was slathered in syrup, with steamed vegetables. It was a good portion of food and I got to sit down at a table to wait for boarding.

4 stars for the food Not the service. If i had to rate the service of the server i would give 1 star. The food was good, small portions but good. I ordered Asahi beer edamame, kani salad and 4 pice’s of salmon sushi . The fish was fresh and delicious. Kani salad had a bit of seaweed and avocado, (every place makes it a bit different) small portion but delicious with a spicy kick. Edamame was good I would add some salt to it but it was crisp not overcooked but cold it was served after the salad and sushi. Service on the other hand . The server was very occupied with his phone. What bothered me most was that he came and removed empty dishes from the table next to me, but did not bother removing empty plates from my table or even asking if i needed anything else. When I asked if there was anything sweet that was available, he told me that i can get up and go see ( i have a broken ankle very visible) I thanked him for that information got up and went to grab couple of things that i took on the plane with me. The lady that was at the front helped me out with my selection. After I brought everything to my table I collected my things and went by the bar waiting for my waiter to finish showing his pictures to other staff member in order to pay for my bill. I gave a bigger tip to the lady that help me.

Food was excellent especially for airport food and an airport restaurant. Took way too long to be seated or acknowledged. I’m standing there are the cafeteria style pay out with 4 employees around and talking, making eye contact, but not acknowledging me. That was really rude. I get changing of the guard or not quite your job but someone could have been a person and said hello, you’ll be addressed shortly. After 15 mins when someone did it was just take a seat and someone will help you. The person sent to , was a good waitress. The food was really tasty and I didn’t get sick. Sad to see other reviews didn’t experience the same deliciousness I did. I’d eat here again. Customer service could be a little better.

Much better than expected and it was a rough day. They were out of several beers but who cares, they had substitute beer and we wanted it! My daughter reported solid sushi and my burger was really good as were fries. My son’s chicken fingers were about 3 degrees overdone so just be aware. It was expensive but we had a big space to spread out unlike many airport restaurants, so again, who cares.

The service was really rude and the food was ok. I went to the counter and asked to order some sushi, then after I paid using my credit card, the cashier told me I can only take out. She never mentioned that this is a take out only counter, and refused to cancel my order and refused to let me change to dine in. After back and forth a little bit she said I can only sit at a spot she designated, that is close to the counter and she started to complain to her colleague about me. I can hear everything clear and loud. I don’t know why it was my fault. This is the worst experience I had at this airport.

The food is actually decent for an airport restaurant, that’s why it’s sad to give them 3 stars. Also, some servers are great, others, not so much. Even the prices are not horrible. We came here because we had an hour and a half before our flight even begin boarding so I thought this would be a good time to get something to eat. The organization here is so bad, I had to shove the food down when it finally arrived because I was going to miss my flight. It took forever for someone to come to our table and then a tremendous amount of time to get our order.

I love sushi, and love seeing one in an airport, but unfortunately this restaurant kept telling us to wait a few more minutes because they weren’t ready to serve yet after they had already been open according to their posted hours. We waited approximately 30 minutes and they kept on telling us another 10 or 15 minutes every time, we eventually just walked away. If they had been honest and said “Hey, we aren’t ready yet, we need 45 minutes” totally understand, but they didn’t. Please work on improving customer service. Thank you!

The person attending the register at 8:34am on March 4, 2023 was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. When we ordered to-go, he refused to let us look out the window or get a drink, even though we were all of legal age. It’s unacceptable that he would treat us this way, especially since we were all over the age of 23.
