Waitress was not friendly, ignored us. Tried to get her attention and talk to her several times. It was like she didn’t want to be bothered. Food was ok. Forks where old and rusted. We have ate at different Sonny’s multiple times. This one was the worst experience. Update. Sonny’s replied below. So I did email them with the info they requested. It’s been over a month now and still no reply from them. Just shows I don’t think they care about customers anymore just your money. Sad.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a take out order at 3:40 to be picked up at 4:30. I get there early and call them to let them know I was there and parked. She didn’t ask me what spot I was in and just told me she would have it out shortly. 20 Minutes later, I still do not have my food and people that were in the drive thru were getting their food and leaving. People who went in and ordered take out were getting their food and leaving and my husband and I are still sitting there. 40 minutes! We waiting 40 minutes for our food. We get home and it is cold and not even what we ordered. I called the store to try and talk to someone and she tells me she’s the one that fixed my order and she made sure it was correct. Well, it wasn’t! When I told her that I would just like a refund because at this point its absolutely ridiculous she puts me on hold to talk to the manager. Someone finally comes backs and takes me off hold but doesn’t speak to me, I can just hear them taking another take out order. When they get done, I hear them pick up the phone and then hang it up! Was on hold for 20 minutes. I will NEVER be back here again. The last 2 times we have been, service has been slow and horrible.

Delicious. This is my go to when I want BBQ. There’s never been a time when the meat is tough, it’s always fall off the bone. The beans and sweet BBQ have the right amount of sweetness and tang. If like sweet corn bread, I’d recommend that too.

Always good bbq sandwiches and sauces. The servers are excellent and pleasant. Never hardly anything every to say bad about this place except prices are alittle steep. But if only eating out once a month with your fam, then shouldn’t be a problem. You could also just order a sandwich and a water and enjoy a this good bbq restaurant a few times a month for the same price it would cost to eat fast food, but I’m sure the wait staff wouldn’t appreciate that. You know the more you order , the more tip your supposed to leave if they’re good servers, which here they definitely are making sure your taken care of till you leave the restaurant. Any issues that you may have with your food which rarely ever happens here, they’ll take care of. Awesome restaurant just pricey of you order a normal meal with a regular soda or tea. None the less , I pick Sonny’s bbq over Cracker Barrel, because more down to earth and care about their customers a bit more one on one , not just a number or table here.

Went to lunch yesterday with my husband. First, it almost an hour for our lunch to come and then it was cold. Then we sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to get the check and leave. We saw people come in after us sit down get their food before us. We ordered the dry rub ribs that has some sauce on it and the ribs were cold and hard and looked old. I will not be going back, not even for takeout every again.

Our first and last visit just happened!!!! First of all we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Wait, it get better!!! Once our server scribbled down our order we sat there for almost another hour and no food!!! Why you ask, because the order was never even put in with the kitchen!!! Once we spoke with the manager we were informed then that no one ever even informed management of any issues. This level of service will definitely put a restaurant out of business in a hurry!!!! Word of mouth will kill you!!!!

I placed a delivery order through Uber Eats around 4 in the afternoon. Delivery was very timely and efficient. Thumbs up on delivery. That’s where the good experience ended. The chicken and turkey were cold and very dry. It was obvious that they were left over from lunch time. If I were served such sub par food while dining in, I would have requested a refund and left. Sonny’s really dropped the ball on this one.

This was my first trip to Sonny’s. It did not did NOT disappoint. The food was awesome. The service was great. We had the Sonny’s Sampler. If you can’t decide what to order I strongly suggest it. It has a little bit of goodness from across the menu.
