I really should have checked the most recent review before coming here. The amount of times I had to repeat “cherry vanilla dr.pepper with lime” was ridiculous, and they didn’t give us fresh food either. The wait was fine, but the food was horrible. They gave us the wrong burger with my bf’s meal, and with mine, everything was ridiculously overcooked/stale, I’m not sure which- the only good part were the tots. Now we know to never come here, but unfortunately we learned the hard way.

How is this even acceptable…. I was waiting on the drive threw window and the girl comes to ask me what I’m waiting for? When I still had to wait for my whole meal. Not only that they forgot to add the tots and for the wait they had me waiting it was definitely not worth it …. There’s no point on wasting my money on bad food quality and service. Check # 452272

This is a review of the Meridian Ave store in Puyallup, WA. I ordered from the mobile app, set my arrival time, and paid. I arrived 1 minute early. I notified them that I was there like the app says. After 5 minutes, i began to wonder if my order was was received. (Good instinct i pressed the call button to reach a cashier. After several minutes, a cashier replied and asked me for my order. I said I ordered from the mobile app and wanted to know where it was. The cashier told me to get in the drive through line or come in to get my order. Just then another employee came by after dropping off another customer’s order. I asked her how the mobile apps work. She explained pretty well and assured me she would get my order and bring it out. I waited another 10 minutes before going in to find out wher my order was. I met the same employee who assured me she would take care of my order. She had forgotten her promise to help me and she referred me to another employee who found my order and gave it to me. Problem was it was two milkshakes. They were melted. I had to request them to remake them. Which they did. My complaint is, I ordered from the mobile app to avoid having to wait in line. As it turned out, my two milk shake order that was suppose to be ready at 6!45 wasn’t finished until 7!17. I assume the point of giving me an option of choosing my pick up time was to have my order ready by that time and to deliver to my stall when I announce my arrival. It would have been quicker had I just went directly to the store and got in the drive through line

While it is rare that this location DOESNT forget at least one food item, they have good food. my actual reason for writing this review is to beg Sonic to update it’s hours correctly. Mister Biscuits was ready to order and google said you were open last night.

Closed at 11pm even though it stated 12am. Not only that, but we were sitting in the place where they deliver the food to your car, and when we pressed the button the lady said,” we are not offering this service right now and to go to drive through”. Once we are at drive thru waiting she then says “we are closed,” IF you are closing an HOUR early you should change the times. Because there were also five cars behind us. The lady should have definitely told us at the delivery spot that they were closing so we did not waste our time.

The absolute worst service! Only way to get service is through the drive through! My dad and I both have classic cars so we thought we would go here like it was the 50’s and 60’s again! We sat there pushing the button and waiting for 45min. Watching the drive through ordering and getting their food! Walked up to the door they told me they will get to me when they can! I will never give any Sonics my money again! I will drive out of my way to Wally’s in Buckley great food and service there! Sonics is a disappointment not the first time this place has done this but will be the last time for me!

We came near closing, about 25 minutes away. There was 4 cars ahead of us and so we thought It was okay. It was absolutely not okay. We waited and when we finally got to tet up to the speaker, at 11:58pm (while waiting for 25 minutes BEFORE closing, the order taker asked what we would like then the SECOND it turned 11:59pm not 12am she immediately said “sorry we are closed and decided not to serve us. What in the world sonic???? How are you gonna take our order then not take it. I work in food service so I’m trying to give some grace but I just absolutely cannot after this experience. Please do not come here after 11pm you won’t regret it.

Looks a bit run down, half the drive up screens were broken, it was dead and I had to wait 30 min ish for chili fries as they did not prep enough apparently. The drive through girl could care less, but the woman who brought us our food was super apologetic and offered us freebies, but I declined. I will say the cherry limeade is still worth the trip though.

Sonic has an extensive menu which is great. It’s the place to go to when everyone wants something different. Burgers are good, chili dogs are good, ice cream hits the spot. Service is mediocre and you have to wait occasionally.

My wife, and I decided to go to Sonic Drive-In in Puyallup Washington to get some shakes, she ordered the vanilla shake and i ordered a Oreo Shake. The shakes came out perfectly. We also ordered a honey bbq popcorn chicken and when i got home to eat it for dinner with some rice the honey bbq chicken did not have bbq sauce.
