This location, and I assume others had great service and the food was excellent. The drive through was completely packed with 20 plus cars and we still had our entire meal within 8 minutes max. All correct the first time with zero complaints from me.

Laziest chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. No lettuce, tomato, or anything? I got a lump of half cold chicken and 2 sad pickles on a soggy piece of bread. The fries- soggy, unsalted, and unsatisfying.

I wanted to order a frosted root beer for my daughter which I have had from other stores and never had a problem. This store refused to make one, told me it was because they couldn’t ring it up, I told them I would pay extra for the ice cream and the drink or pay for another equivalent item like a frosted lemonade or shake. I even asked to speak to the manager. I felt like everyone had gathered at the register to see how the manager would explain to me that this store would not be making this drink. It was very awkward and embarrassing. There was no need to make a deal about my simple request. I have no issues paying for a product but it is unnecessary to make a big deal about something that is an easy request that I am asking to purchase. I ended up asking for a root beer without ice pouring half out asking for a straw and a spoon as well as making another purchase for a icecream cup so I could mix it myself. The manager again said they couldn’t make this drink because there was no way to ring it up, his excuse is not acceptable because I explained to him how to charge for the items appropriately to account for the cost, there isn’t a button to put in the 10 seconds of extra effort to blend it up for the customer. This store also doesn’t allow you to purchase large strawberry lemonade which again is ridiculous. I love Chicfila but this experience left a really bad impression and makes me want to tell others about the lack of customer service at this individual store. I have never had a bad experience at any of the other many Chic-Fil-A stores that I have been too and will continue to be a customer at other locations that the staff aren’t jerks.

If you’re given the wrong order and drive away / come back .. be warned they may just put that food back in the warmer for other future customers. Which is disgusting and extremely unsanitary not having control over their food.. who knows if the people given that food touched it. I reached out to the chick Fil a cares team and the response I got from the person owning the Manhattan location sounded as if she has an pre-written response to every complaint so I don’t think it was taken seriously. Not to mention the employees were extremely rude / untrained there.

First time visiting a “hate chicken” in a long time and honestly 2nd best chicken sandwich in manhattan ks. Staff super quick and friendly. Actually felt bad for them standing outside in the drivethu in 100°+ weather. I hope it’s worth the pay.

I came to the conclusion that I will not eat at this establishment anymore. Food was stale and made me sick. Last time I had a salad and had to pick through it to to pick out the good parts…I eventually threw the whole thing away because it was all bad. Today we ordered a four piece chicken strip with Mac and cheese. The strips were 2 regular pieces with pieces of small chicken that was very dry. Just like my previous order. I have pictures I wanted to upload but don’t see a way to do it. Please do better when it comes to serving others who are paying for quality but are getting scraps.
