I love the food here the pretzel twist with cheese is so good and inexpensive. My only criticism is that they take so long to take your order, and to bring it out. They no longer have the tray where they have all the condiment you’ll need. I guess it’s because they charge for all of it now. The burgers are some of the best around. And if you have a chance try their sonic blast drinks.

Every time I have attempted to order here the wait time was horrific. The last time I drove off when reaching the menu as I had already waited over 30 minutes, and still had not ordered. Tonight there was a short line so I decided to take advantage of it. While the wait time was fast the ordering was prolonged due to poor lighting. The first menu had no light and you could not see the menu in the dark. The 2nd menu where orders are placed was not much better. It had a dim light on the right side and no light on the left side of the menu. I, literally, had to pull up Sonic’s menu on my phone to see what I wanted to order. I advised the girl that I could not read both of the menus due to inadequate lighting. She didn’t seem surprised, so I assume menu lights have been out for a while.

First time here. The fries were hot and salty, the double bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the soft pretzel with cheese was so good. Oh and the cherry limeade was perfect. Will be going back

We were in drive thru for 56min, looked like the staff was just shooting the bull and taking forever with our meal, we couldn’t back out due to the cars behind and how the drive thru is set up. The food was just thrown together. Very different service from the one in Ontario.

Wow an Other awesome meal & drink…I don’t know why most food service locations don’t produce quality food as much as sonics does it’s really amazing. I’ve been probably the dozens of locations and I think only one had a drink or food or dessert or something that I didn’t like quite as much as usual.. but it was still good and this location. Everything was great EXCEPT it’s a cold and windy day and I walked inside the restaurant and was immediately told twice from two different people to get out even though I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt with no jacket or anything else on a cold February day probably in the 30s common sense they should ask me if I need help first and then asked me to go out instead of tell me to get out and tell me to get out how many times did you have to tell me to get out before I left & they serve me on drive-through instead. Still a great location, but come on common sense and courtesy is somewhere besides me.

Customer service is absolutely horrible!! At the drive up when you order through the mobile app after you check in they send that your order is complete and on its way then it clears the screen. They do this so it looks like they are working fast and getting food out while you are stuck there waiting for who knows how long!!
