We pulled up into the drive thru and waited 30 minutes to just drive up to the interncom. We had place a order for 3 medium m&m blasts, then proceeded to wait for a whole hour in the line. Once we finally managed to get to the window one of the worker asked if we order the blasts and we said yes, they then told us it would be another 10 minute wait, which I do not blame these works they’re trying their best but they should have told us when we where ordering. So in the end we just drove off.

I ordered a small vanilla ice cream cone, a heath bar blast, and a small cup of water. I got a small vanilla cone small one and a small cup of water, and a small cup of nothing but vanilla ice cream, no candy nothing in it. It was not a blast and I made it clear more than once because initially I had said a blizzard not a blast, my mistake. So when I explained that it was the ice cream mixed up with Candy,I thought we were on the same track as to what I wanted, but what I got was just a cup full of nothing but vanilla ice cream. They didn’t put anything in it and I paid $7.19 for all of that. I gave the young lady a $10 bill and she gave me back $.81, and walked away. When she brought back what was supposed to be a blast and the water I had to remind her that I had given her a $10 bill and that she still owed me two dollars.

Worst Sonic EVER! Stopped on my way home to get a bite and after a ten to fifteen minute wait in the drive thru, I finally got my shake and quarter pound cheese burgers. Shake was ok, but the burgers were cold and it looked like they tried to warm them up by throwing the burger top down on the grill ( top of buns burnt ) . Avoid this one!!! They sold me leftovers!

I ordered through the app. I go to check in and it wouldn’t load and had an error message. I call the store and the male manager who answered was very rude told me he was busy and pretty much didn’t want to help me. I waited for the car hop lady come out and she went and got my order. then I get my order didn’t realize my sandwich was made wrong til I got home. I asked for no pickles and add jalapeños( it had no jalapeños and had pickles. I always order thru the app and never had a problem today. the way he spoke to me I would never speak like that to a customer. I work in the same industry as he does. I was there for 40 minutes waiting on my food so by the time we got it, it was cold. not very happy

The lady who managed burger king so bad ppl won’t even go there anymore now works at Sonic and is running the place quickly into the ground, we ordered mozzarella sticks, she gave old ones then I sent them back and she sent them back out just refried!! Anyone who’s worked fast food knows the difference, get rid of her sonic asap also I need my fresh mozzarella sticks!! Smh
