In the past this was somewhere to get your order wrong and took forever, but not this time. Had food and drinks and Ice cream all exactly right and quicker than ever. Thank you Alfonso! Teach the others how it’s done. Update they got mad because I complained after an 38 mins of waiting on 2 drinks and shake. Appears drinks and shake have been tampered with . This is ridiculous illegal immoral and unhealthy and will be reported. I hope someone goes to jail starting with the manager that ive been told suggest this kinda behavior. This place needs shut down if this is what you get for spending money and asking where you drink order is almost an hour after is made. Definitely reporting to health department ! Tempted to go back and throw this crap at management. BTW when asked for manager a girl that barely spoke English told me there was only a manager in training but didn’t know where they were and after I called about the order being late they never would answer phone again. Ordered mine and my daughter’s breakfast and drinks. Mine was not sugar free. Hers was supposed to be. She hadn’t eaten yet and blood sugar was rising. Checked her drink with her blood sugar test kit. It read 600., NOT SUGAR FREE. Employees really need to be more careful about what/ how they make the requested drinks. Could lead to potential issues for customers and employer.

Was drinking my cherry limeade till i felt something hard and sharp that i had bit into. spit it out turns out it was a piece of metal and other little bits of metal in my drink. I don’t know who made the drinks or if something is up with yalls machines but this is unacceptable.

You guys seriously need to stop drenching the burgers in sauce and actually use FRESH veggies. It’s gross and really sucks this is how artesia fast food is. Kids eat that food, elderly people eat that food. Get some standards. (Other staff is nice though)

I’ve only been in this town for 3 days and two of those I’ve stopped at this Sonic for a quick bite to take back to my hotel.
Both times my food was cold. It’s almost as if they’re making food awhile in advance so they don’t have to bother when people come. Cold tater tots? Really? It takes no time at all to fry tater tots.
