Wow, today was the first time I have been by in awhile because last month they were out of everything we ordered. Today they were out of Corn dogs, Mozzarella sticks, ketchup, ranch, pickles and ice cream for the shacks.

The drive in spots are all broken and covered in grime. The teenager who took the order was short attitude and hard of hearing. They took our $50 cash and charged the whole order to my wife’s card instead of doing partial payment lie they confirmed with us. Where the hell did our 50 in cash go? And of course we have to sit around and email to maybe get our money back.

I was rushed through the drive-thru when I was the only person there, and the person at the window just kept cutting me off. I couldn’t say anything before they assumed what I was trying to order, didn’t listen when I told them it wasn’t what I ordered. Then, when I finally got a word in, they still didn’t listen to what I was asking before assuming I was ordering a different item. It was really disrespectful and frustrating.
I ordered 2 large orders of mozzarella cheese sticks, and a small chili dog coney meal. When I got my order, everything was sitting on top of my hot dog and there was nothing left of it when i took it out of the bag. $26 for a smashed meal. Nice.
I will say, I order from this location quite a bit because I’m always out, and I never really have these issues at all. But, come on. This is awful.

Showed up at 1am. They were actively taking orders but refused to take mine and shut off their lights as customers were still actively trying to get food and eating on the patio. The site advertises closed at 2am.

Placed an online order and had my daughter go get it. She didn’t have my phone to check in but they were still good enough to check into it and give her the food. As for the food… it was awesome. The burgers we ordered were perfect and the pickle tots are amazing.

Been to this sonic a few times and the food is NEVER fresh. Went again tonight with my daughter to give it another chance. Ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken and it was still pink in the middle of the larger pieces.. disappointed every time I will not be returning. I love sonic but this is the worst one I’ve been too.
