the girl taking our order was very rude she talked to us nasty…while we were giving our order saying please and thank you. But she was rude it was like she was rushing us….the guy who brought our food out was nice but our food was horrible. The chicken was fried so hard my husband couldn’t eat it my onion rings where horrible our tots was so salty and unbearable…. I will not be spending my money there again!!!!

I placed my order online. I ordered and paid for a hatch green chili burger and did not receive it. I didn’t realize it till I got home and I tried to call them. They do not answer their phone. I have tried calling them multiple times through the years, and they have never answered their phone. I complained to corporate about this years ago, but I see nothing has changed. I don’t eat here often anymore because I often have problems. The fries were terrible.

Employees are too happy to be working there and 99% of the time forget my drink add ons. Food is often extra crispy almost inedible but not many other options available so what can ya do?

Every few months I stop here to see if anything has improved. It hasn’t, French fries are always cold. Asked for light mustard on the burger instead of mayo. It was dripping off the bun, along with the burger being cold. The only thing that was decent was the drink, though its not hard to put soda in a cup. They were not busy, I was literally the only one there. I saw at least 3 people inside, so they were staffed. Waste of time and money.

I travel a lot and have passed through here several times. Each time I’ve stopped at this Sonic I have been super impressed! I’ve had some bad experiences at other Sonics across AZ, but at this one the order has always been done right, done quickly, and the service is just fantastic! All of the people at the order window and the carhops have been great every single time. So I’m really impressed. This might not be a five-star restaurant, but it evidently has five-star people working here. Thanks y’all!

Overall unsatisfying. We submitted our order in the app. We sat for 20-25 minutes waiting for our six meals. When they came out, we were missing a meal. Our total wait was 30 minutes. All of our food was cold. Our tater tots were soggy. The Powerade was watered down (probably running low on syrup). The iced tea was weak. They forgot our sauces. It was a disappointment after all that time and definitely not worth the money we spent.
