Absolutely horrible service and employees! I am completely mortified I had 3 kids in my car and I ordered a drink order, then when I got to the location I ordered ice and food. They brought the food and the ice, so I told them that I needed them to bring the ice once I received my other order because it was 100 degrees outside. I constantly come to this location and have been nothing but patient with the crazy service and employees because it seems like they’re having trouble keeping people and I have worked in service for years but this employee and manager were completely unreasonable. The carhop commenced to telling his manager I was tripping and crazy I at this point had my drink order in my car for 15 minutes. I was trying to be patient but at this point I was literally begging them practically to give me my ice and food and they were trying to give me the melted ice I come here constantly, I work in healthcare and get ice here for work most of the time multiple times a day. On top of everything I guess they thought it was funny to not put the lids on any of my drinks and half of them spilled in my backseat! I called the manager after I got home and she didn’t care and told me to call the 1800 number and laughed. I’m completely shocked to say the least.

Just went to this sonic today for happy hour. First the girl taking the order was awful. I don’t know if the headsets don’t work properly or what but it took her a few times telling her my order before she got it. Than I made it a point to look at the time after I ordered to see how long it was gonna take to get my order. They usually take a while at this location. I just order 4 32oz drinks. The line was moving ok. Than I made it to the front of the line. Sat there for 5 minutes before the girl came out with the order for the cat behind me

Poor service and poor quality food. Didn’t even get to finish placing my order in the drive through before the cashier told me my total. Then I asked for both mayo and mustard in my burger only to find they gave me mayo packets in the bag to do myself. My burger also only have 4 slices of jalapeño and 4 small pieces of lettuce. All the negative reviews are extremely accurate. Never coming back and will continue to go to Whataburger like a normal Texan.

Turn around if you’re thinking about going there. This place is run very poorly and has a culture of rudeness and indifference. In my experience, this is normally a result of poor leadership. My family and I have been going there for years and we don’t plan on coming back.

I did not like this location at all! Rude manager doesn’t even know his menu items and prices. I paid with a debit card and had confirmation, then was told my payment didn’t go thru…better check your system, don’t play with me!!! Saw I got upset and then said it did. Watch these crooked people!

My husband and I go here every once in awhile at night to get sonic blast and master shakes. I always tell myself it could be better than last time but of course I always end up lying to myself. I’m pay fornthe extra butterfinger pieces and never get it, they don’t even mix it and it’s just vinilla ice cream at the bottom and candy just sitting on the top. Pay like 7 bucks for that when i could go just a little further down road and get Dairy Queen.

It took 28 minutes in the drive through for one cheese tot and drink. I should have left after 10 minutes. I could have gone to the Sonic on Friendswood Dr. and still been on the freeway faster than this Sonic. Poptop across the street would have been faster and I could have had a gourmet burger. Never again.
