Big shout out to Rose, I believe she is the manager here?
She went above and beyond, to assist my husband and I make our orders here. None of us seemed to be too tech savvy with the Sonic app, and how to use it lol.
She took our order in person, with no pen or paper or anything. She remembered the whole order.

The cheese sticks were okay but the slash wasn’t good it hasn’t fruity flavor just plain, dull taste it doesn’t taste as it used to. But the service was great the young man was very attentive and so professional, polite I would return just to have him as my server he is excellent employee. I’m sure he’s well educated too.

My toppings on my coney looked like they’d been wiped off and looks like it has snot on it. The girl that brought me my food literally just handed me my food and just walked off. And on top of that they took forever to bring out my food.

Th food was really good I ordered the bacon butter sauce cheeseburger and fries and also a Fanta but there was barely any liquid in the cup as it was filled up with ice all the way to the top. We also had to wait 20minutes for the food to arrive.

My food is always cold and they charge for ketchup per pack. My onion rings were soggy and twice I went there and they didn’t give me the groovy sauce for the fries or the sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I even asked if it was in the bad and she said yes.

I got the smash burger combo and the patty was half the size of the bun, all of the fried items tasted like the grease has never been filtered/changed, and when I called someone keep picking up the phone and not saying anything.
Go elsewhere, cause until the staff is changed out you will regret it.

We ordered 4 half price shakes at 10:29 PM. After being alerted via the app and stand that the order was completed and being brought out to the car (at 10:45) the manager came out and asked what we were waiting on. He returned to tell us that they had not even made the shakes and that they had no Oreo left to do so. After expressing frustration over not being told this until about 20 minutes had passed, the manager did say he could cancel the order or add in a different candy instead. We did not receive our 4 modified shakes until 11:00 PM, when the place was not even remotely busy the length of the time we were there. To make matters more awkward, workers shut off all the lights at 10:50, when the location is not listed to close until 12:00. We definitely would not recommend this location. We had traveled here on a road trip and have decided to avoid other Sonic locations as a result. The shakes we received all looked like the one pictured below, with a pop lid, half whipped cream in the mixture, little contents, and no cherry. These were supposed to be the “master shake” variety.
