Fujisan has become one of our family’s go-to spots. It is always amazing from start to finish. Nicole hustles around the entire restaurant while giving fantastic service and never skipping a beat. The food is consistent, fresh and delicious. The seared tuna over crispy rice is a real show stopper that we cannot get enough of. We leave full and happy everytime.

Nice spot to get lunch/ dinner. They have a large menu so I didn’t take a picture of everything. Their menu reminded me of Cheesecake Factory.
The place wasn’t busy so we were seated right away and the food didn’t take too long to come out.
We were very pleased with the chicken nuggets from the kids menu. It was seasoned well and fresh. I loved the Shumai and the sushi was well prepared.
The mango one (forgot the name) was delicious!! The mango wasn’t too sweet and it had great balance. And the fried ice cream is always great too.
Would definitely come again.

First time coming here and my husband and I were very impressed! They have an extensive sushi menu which I haven’t found in the area. The food was delicious and the service was great. We came in at 6:30pm on a Saturday which was a busy time but we were seated promptly and our food did not take long to come out. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to come back!

We were looking for a new sushi place to try this week, and are so happy we stumbled upon Fujisan. It was crowded, but not unexpected as it’s a cozy restaurant and it was 7pm on a Friday night. The menu has lots of options from more traditional to unique rolls, and there were non-sushi options too. The prices are reasonable, relatively speaking. We started with salad and the crispy rice topped with seared tuna. The salad was large, fresh, and crisp and the dressing appeared homemade. The crispy rice was perfection. We then had the fancy dragon roll and the Godzilla roll – everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Service was slow (because super busy) but friendly. I would happily come back for sushi again soon!

The restaurant is super cute with yummy food! My only complaint is the service isn’t super fast even when there’s nobody there.
But, the place is enjoyable to sit in, so you’re not losing your mind nor aggravated or bored while you’re waiting. The staff are all kind, too, just takes a bit.
Everything is yummy and you can’t really miss out! Whatever you get will be scrumptious, and the restaurant is quaint and fun.

I’ve eaten Sushi all over the world & was extremely disappointed with Mr. Fuji’s Bistro. Some dishes were good while others bad or the portion size was small. The miso soup was delicious but some sushi rolls weren’t good. The spicy salmon or tuna was basic bad with no flavor. I’m not a fan of ground sushi IYKYK & it’s poor quality. We were asked if we liked our food “Not really!” Was the reply. Nothing was done to remedy the dislikes. The soft soft shell crab was either overcooked or the oil was old. It reminds me of a place trying to cut corners. I’d recommend somewhere else to to for sushi! Sushi Moto or Peppermint Thai & Sushi

This is a local gem! We’ve gotten takeout many times but dined in recently. We came for the lunch special hibachi to celebrate the day before Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful and delicious meal. We also got the edamame and soft-shell crab appetizers. Everything was delicious, the service was top-notch and we enjoyed a pleasant outdoor table- (though the inside of the restaurant is very pleasant with beautiful booths and cute decor). We will return.

I am a native New Yorker, from the city, and my parents live in Wellington. I have searched for years to find a great sushi place in Wellington. A couple months ago, I found Fujisan via Uber eats. The delivery was perfect. So, I ordered again and have been there to dine twice – one for lunch, once for dinner. It’s not great – it is superb!!
Each visit’s better than the last. The fish is **extremely** fresh. The Hamachi is truly “the good kind.” The tuna (akami) is so fresh it glistens. And one test of a great sushi chef is there ability to execute a perect Kanisu — and Fujisan has nailed ours every time. It’s so good I keep forgetting to photograph it. I just dig right in.
My father loved their hibachi chicken, and I agree it’s among the best I’ve ever had. The vegetables were perfect — fresh and charred.
I ordered the sushi regular, which comes with a tuna roll. Every piece was a star. Next time, I’m excited to try their Toro and Uni.
I also had a Sunomono to start, it was delicious. And artfully plated. I would love to see less cucumber and more conch and octopus. In other words, I’d like to see it under the sushi bar appetizer section, not the salad section.

We are frequent patrons of other Sushi places in the area of Wellington and Royal Palm Beach, so it was to our great pleasure to find this true Japanese Sushi restaurant. We decided to just stop by and had several items from their appetizers menu. Just so you know, we had to order one of them twice because they are that yummy and tasteful. We believe, we may have found our new favorite Sushi place and will definitely return for more. Here are a few pics of what we tried. BTW, the little ones enjoyed the traditional Japanese soft drinks and the yummy Gyoza.
Update: we continue to go back as often as we can. The food and service are consistently great. It is our favorite and even our little ones refer to it by name.

Came here for the first time not knowing what to expect. Small but cozy restaurant/sushi bar. Pretty art and decor and lighting was nice. Menu is big and prices are mostly average with some options slightly below average. Service was initially nice but became slow as dinner went on even though it was not crowded at the time. Servers were still all polite and mannerly, if not timely. Food was great. I especially loved the grilled whole squid. I could see myself coming back here again sometime in the future. A lot of people seemed to be picking up take out orders so may do that as well.
