This sonic is always SUPER fast and my order is always correct. Sometimes the mozzarella sticks aren’t hot enough? But the workers are nice and polite. Fastest sonic I’ve ever been to honestly (I do order online first)

I went to this location to grab the kids some pretzels and because I was there and didn’t cook I ordered me a combo. The server on the speaker asked me if I wanted to try the blue raspberry slush with ice cream. I was feeling snazzy and ok’d the slush/ice cream drink. When I got the order everything was ok. Fish sandwich was a bit hard but I don’t want to complain but that drink was disappointing. It tasted like the ice cream was old or had mold in it. I asked if I could exchange it for just the slush and they said no I had to buy a whole new drink. I not upset just disappointed that the manager wouldn’t do that small exchange to keep a happy customer

The food is good, and the service is speedy; my issue is mostly pricing. Almost 6 dollars for just a burger is too much, and most deals on the app are so specific that they don’t apply to what you’d want. You also can’t pair a reward with them either; it’s one or the other, so you barely save any money. Good but hard to recommend for the price.

we ordered a large mozzarella sticks ( 8 pieces )only got 5, a pretzel with cheese, but they didn’t give me the cheese, fries, that were extremely almost stale??? like old tasting. and poppers. we came back ( 2 minutes ) and the person who answered the machine was very rude. order took super long too and i ordered on the app so they had time to get it ready.
i don’t think we’ll be back to this location :/ really disappointed.

So I’m assuming cause sonic is a big franchise they think the can get away with giving me an order of mozzarella sticks with no cheese?
Cheese is %90 of the item how do you mess this up?
The job of these 20 and 30 year olds who work here is to literally look at the sticks throw em in some grease and bag em up……
I’ve been here a few times and it’s always the same.. then you get pressed because they think a replacement is gonna end sonic….
Just an overall dissatisfying experience.

They came out with a dr.pepper when my mom had to repeat her self 4 times she has a loud medium voice, so she’s normal loud, terrible communication skills and wrong ordering. And rude interruption. They never let you finish what you need to say and rudely Interup. They even had the right order up on the screen but never came out with the right drink

We stopped by to get two sodas this morning and they seemed to have changed their straws. Not sure what they are made out of but they taste dirty. Literally ruined the drink. Hope they go back to the old red plastic straws soon.

Tried to order but apparently they are having problems with the speakers because the employee messed a simple order up several times . When trying to correct her the last time she said your total is $, thank you and hung up. I pressed the button again and the employee had to come out because she couldn’t hear me ( she did it with the car next to me as well). When I tried to correct the order she kept cutting me off so I just told her to cancel the order and left and went somewhere else. If it is a system then shame on the owner. Also the woman should not have cut me off so many times.
