Good breakfast – like eating with family! Friendly service and reasonable prices. Known best by locals since it’s easy to miss the sign.

I’ve never been here, Google is dumb. Anyway, worked a mile away for the last five years and when they are open the parking lot os FULL so they obviously have something going on.

It was good food for a good price.. Waking in was a bit weird because it’s just not say up like one is used to, but the locals love it and there’s a reason. Worth a try

I am baffled at the amount of good reviews for this place. The staff is the only reason I have a star to give as they were very good. That being said, the food was beyond awful! There was not one thing my family got for breakfast that was good. The country “fried” steak was appalling it is not battered and seemed to be slapped on the grill with left over grease. Not even the hashbrowns tasted good…how do you mess up hashbrowns? The biscuit was cold and stale, very dry. The syrup for pancakes came in individual smuckers packets . As a native of the upstate I would not by any means recommend this restaurant as “country cooking” or any cooking for that matter. By no means is this a complaint against the cook I believe the quality of food from this establishment is lacking from the source. There are MANY quality breakfast establishments in TR now and I hope the owner is able to step his game up in the food quality department.

This chow is as down-home delicious as it gets. It’s my favorite meat n 3 in the megalopolis of Greenville! The vegetables, like the green beans and the crowder peas and the butter peas and the navy beans, are cooked to well-done, southern perfection. The country style steak n gravy is second to none. Delish. It’s Sunday fixins every day.

Delicious food, service not bad considering they’re understaffed as are most businesses. I had their pork chops yummy. And it was only seasoned with salt which is the way I like them. Too many places using all kinds of seasoning. I guess I’m really old country.
