Waited forever to get someone to take my order, which should have been a red flag. The lady said she would have it right out, but we waited a long time behind another car. Then I watched a man a lady talk while one lady worked. The one lady was holding on the to trash can while talking and never washed her hands. Then she took 2 more orders before coming to the window to tell me she did not get my complete order. 45 min or so and no food. I decided that was ridiculous and changed my mind.

I went through the drive through, a woman said hold on. I waited over 10 minutes.there was another person behind me that got fed up and left arguing at me like it was my fault. The girl never did come back to take my order. I finally left and there were no cars at the window or in front of me. I will never go back to that location.

Do not order from here! Especially mobile app! Took 20 minutes to come out, after we called in to check. Food was cold and inaccurate! And looked awful! Manager blamed it on training new workers but we were literally the ONLY customers that 20 minutes!

The fact that you have to pay extra for whipped topping on a Sonic blast is already insulting enough since it used to just come with it automatically, but this is really a cheap move by this location. It’s down right insulting to put that small of an amount of whipped cream on it and then have the audacity to put a domed lid over it and charge the customer extra for it. I hope the penny’s worth of whipped cream you saved was worth losing a customer over.

Tried to order some Jr breakfast burritos. The menu at the drive thru says it’s an every day deal for $1.99 each. They tried to charge me over $3 each and the manager said he/she wasn’t aware of any “deals”. Ummm….it’s on your menu. They would not honor their own listed price so I had to go to another Sonic. Smh. You can’t make this stuff up. #idiots
