Took one sip of my cup and I knew immediately they had mold in their fountain drink machine. Opened up my Sierra Mist to the smell of mildew and mold. I asked for light pickles and they gave me extra and extra sauce as well.
They also gave me really stale mashed potatoes. ( not sure if they were cooked right)
Bottom line, will never go here again

Crazy thing about this location, if you walk in they have absolutely no organization. No line, no way to tell who ordered what. Just drive through, so you can get the order you placed. Food is good but be prepared to get anybody’s order if walking in. Better to drive through or order online. Ugh!

Popeyes Drumsticks (or Winglets?)
Picked up Popeyes drumsticks and… they were tiny. I have small hands, and they still looked miniature. I even took a photo next to a chapstick (same size). Taste was solid as usual, but each drumstick had maybe two bites of meat. Disappointed. I came for a meal, not a sampler.

Nobody in this location understands English! I placed an order thru drive thru and the guy at the window could not understand my order. Instead of apologizing about his mistake he made fun of me. He mocked my order laughing. Very rude and childish person. If you can not speak English you should not be taking orders. Food was very cold and nasty. I will be taking this to a higher level. Understand you need to know how to treat your customers with respect! I never complain but this really took me to a different level.

Terrible absolutely terrible service!!! Ask for two combos, “Can I get a number 2 and a number 3 spicy”. Who doesn’t understand basic menu orders. Next thing I know I’m handed drinks and sandwiches with no fries! Then the cashier tries to blame me in front of her manager saying no I only asked for the sandwiches. No one ever walks into a McDonald’s and goes can I get a number 1 and expects to be handed just a Big Mac sandwich!!! Top it all off the registers up front must have something wrong because I have to wait to be rung up between drive through orders!!!

What happened to the size of the chicken? The wing they sent is so small that it has little to no meat. The thigh is also small and mostly breading. I haven’t eaten here in a couple months, but I can’t imagine that much of a change in size since then.

Food and service, at least for me, has always been fairly good. Only takeaway is that the larger the order, the likelihood something will be forgotten.

Overall the experience was good however this is the third time I have gotten home and realized I was missing something… the first time I let it go… the second time I immediately came back and got missing item… this time I was unable to come back but I called 8 times over 3 1/2 hour period and got no answer… I was missing my popcorn shrimp, which isn’t a cheap menu item…. I want a refund and I will be back up there this evening or tomorrow morning

Hi I went there August 19 2025 around 600pm to pick a order that they had mess up a week prior I had contacted the manager Omar that was on dutie a week ago and he said he would put my name in the book for replacement! But the manager that was on duty that evening when I came back some Spanish women manager would not honor the replacement and when I showed her the receipt and gave her my name to check the book she told me she didn’t have time so I spent over a hour drive wasting my time she was very rude and treated me like shit ! Who ever is her boss they need to show her some correct customer service!I advise anyone do not come to this location because they will sale you old food and won’t answer the food i came threw drive thru!!!!!@
