We stopped at this location for dinner and found the store to up to par. Items were hot and tasted fresh. Our car hop was very nice and treated us with respect. She went the extra mile to keep our visit a positive one. We ate one bacon cheese burger on Texas toast, and a bacon cheese burger with jalapenos added. I forgot to order and when asked if they could put some on they had no problem doing so. I would recommend this location and we will be back.

Love ordering from this sonic, they usually do not take that long with orders and always meet the needs of their customers. But today we ordered a bacon cheese crust-sandwich and found a hair in my food. No longer wanting to really to order their food anymore.

I was just trying to get a Cherry Limeade. When they answered all I was told was “we are not taking orders right now.” Then I ask when they might be taking orders again and I was told “we don’t know”. I was getting annoyed with the way she spoke but I immediately realized how others feel when I speak to others ( I have a hispanic accent) She was running all over the place running food and taking orders. The worst experience in my life. I never get mad at things. This was ridiculous. To start off they couldnt understand me. Every word I said she kept saying “what was that”. Then I asked for mozzarella sticks 3 times and she didnt even put it down. The thing that made me made was I ordered the sonic burrito the #15 it’s not the right burrito gave us the wrong side orders the were all large and we got all small. Then to top it all off our drinks were terrible the coke doesnt even look like coke. You cant even read the receipt. Tried calling them about it but busy line. Just a terrible place. Food was all cold to even if it’s not the right food at least heat it up!

Was debating on sonic or Braums… chose sonic and was super disappointed. They forgot an order of fries, my Oreo blast ice cream tastes bitter or kinda like cheesecake or something but I didn’t order that. The worst part is they made me wait at the window forever and yet my food was cold! Waiting for a Cold food, nasty ice cream, missing an order of fries…. no thanks!
