They couldn’t be bothered to fully mix a chocolate shake nor wipe the cup off and the vanilla “shake” I ordered is literally just a cup of soft serve ice cream.. complete waste of time and money… Do better LAZY LOSERS

I’ve gone to sonic once a week, and ordered my husband, the same thing every week sometimes twice a week. They have gotten it wrong 9/10. Either I’ve caught it and had them correct it or I’ve been in a rush and made it home and by the time I’ve seen it, it’s messed up. When I call them and tell them what is going on, they will reimburse me or say we can give you two wraps on us. Like today. But I just wanna post this review to let all of you know that if you’re in a rush or any point of the day, please check your wraps because these two wraps that I got today were ridiculous. They put two chicken nuggets in each wrap, and these wraps were half the size that they should’ve been. I understand you’re in a rush. I rather wait for those tenders then eat two chicken bites for a wrap that’s supposed to have at least four bites to a grown man. I love your food sonic but please do better, no more short cuts

They mark your order as “on the way” 5-10 minutes before they actually bring it out. They also forget to bring out your order occasionally by doing this.
The worst part about Sonic in general is the inconsistency with their food and drinks. Every time I go to any Sonic, they can never make the food/drinks the same. It doesn’t seem to matter when or where you go. It’s especially disappointing when you pay extra for a sauce or an add-in and they don’t actually put any extra in it. Plus they are always reluctant to remake anything if the order comes out wrong.
The dragon fruit Recharger is good but they keep making it different every time. Most of the time it seems to come out very watered down…disappointing for a $7 drink (route 44 size).
The pretzel with cheese is really good but they make you pay extra for the cheese now…
Used to get the oreo blast until they kept barely putting in any oreos in it. Braums has a much better cookies and cream shake that I would recommend instead.

Waiting for food took way too long! Don’t come here if in a time crunch. When taking my order, I waited 10 minutes before anyone even spoke back to me to order in the drive thru. I had to repeat multiple times the same order, because they were clearly distracted with something else. Then when I drove around to the window there was a worker sitting next to the window smoking a cigarette. That’s the smell I love to hit my food and my lungs as I go to get fast food. And to top it off they wouldn’t give me my receipt. Never again….

This has to be the worse run Sonic I’ve ever visited. Took 45min to get 3 burger and drink. Told to pull forward in the drive through only to be forgotten and told I need to get back in line to receive my order that is “ready to go”. I pull around again annnnnnnnddddd still no food. Watching these highschool kids mindlessly wonder around the kitchen with no supervision is mind numbing. This place is run on the cheap and to the lowest possible caliber to remain open. 3.5 rating is a gold star for this garbage fire

I’ve never had a Sonic burger that was as cold as ours were at this location. Seriously very cold. Fortunately the tots were warm enough to eat. I took the meat off my burger and had a lettuce tomato sandwich. If I had extra time I would have had them remade. I’ll just avoid this location in the future.

Not sure what’s going on today… But I tried ordering in the app to use app half off drink special. But the ordering for this location was off. So I pulled into one of the stalls at the restaurant and tried to press the button to make my order, when the lady told me they weren’t taking orders at this time.

Had a order for a drink and medium mozzarella sticks. The pink hair girl and other girl were walking around just talking and playing on the phone with my order sitting on the table. I put my number in the app and waited 10 minutes for them to play around. I finally went to the drive thru and and sure enough it was my stuff sitting there the whole time. Super lazy

Horrible. Put me in a bad mood just eating here. Had to wait 30mins just to have the rude girl bring me the wrong order. Ordered med mozzarella sticks they handed me 2sticks. If you’re going to do business this way just close the doors and stop taking peoples money. You clearly don’t value your employees or customers. Just close it.
