Place an order for 2 drinks and some mozeralla sticks on the app, sat in the drive through for 25 to 30 minutes. When we went to talk to the person with the red button , she said that she just swiped our order off the screen when it had actually been swiped off for the past fifteen minutes. Absolute disgrace. I ordered two supersonic double bacon cheeseburgers, Received the wrong burgers. Came back with receipt and burgers and they gave me two fresh burgers of the same ones I already had. How hard is it to get things right? I literally gave the manager my receipt that had the burgers I ordered on them and still receive the wrong burgers second time around. Now I have four burgers that are going in the trashcan. I will never spend my money at the sonic ever again. Would love a refund, but I’m not even sure they can do that right.

They never put sweet cream in my drink ever even when I pay for extra. And today is one of those days. I asked. A lady to put cream in my drink because there wasn’t any and she got annoyed with me and went inside and brought it back within 20 seconds and it tasted the exact same. I don’t know why they are so stingy when I pay extra for it.

Took twenty minutes to get one order of onion rings. The wait staff came out with the wrong order. Had to wait a few more minutes for the correct order. It came in a bag so it was hard to figure out if it was indeed a large order. Doesn’t seem to be a large order of onion rings to me.

Asked if they could fix a drink that was made without soda syrup by another sonic. I didn’t want to drive 30 minutes round trip to get a drink fixed. Even though I frequent this sonic and spend lots of money here they said they couldn’t fix the drink. Unbelievably bad customer service and poor business decisions. I’ll avoid this sonic.

10 out of 10 times, our order is incorrect. 10 out of 10 times, our food is cold. 10 out of 10 times, they are sold out of items we order.
Last night, after changing my order for a third time because they were out of this, that, or the other, I was handed a pretzel that was completely flattened on one end, and broken into three different pieces. They also sent two packages of cream cheese dipping sauce. I imagine it doesn’t compliment a salty pretzel very well, but I didn’t try it.
I don’t expect high quality food at a fast food joint, but I expect what I pay for.
There are two other Sonic drive ins in the city, we will be trying those out to find one that is capable of doing at least the bare minimum required of them, since this location is not.

This place has no fast food service. They take long to bring out few burgers and when they finally bring them out they are cold. I understand the younger generation don’t want to work and don’t care. But if I wanted to pay more money for equality Burger I should get a good quality Burger if not I should have just gone to McDonald’s.
