Took twenty minutes to get one order of onion rings. The wait staff came out with the wrong order. Had to wait a few more minutes for the correct order. It came in a bag so it was hard to figure out if it was indeed a large order. Doesn’t seem to be a large order of onion rings to me.

This place is a joke I placed an order online prior to showing up. It was only a large cherry limeade and after checking in I have sat here for 25 min with the red button being pressed for 12 min of the 25 min. Yet no one has come across the speaker to see what it is I need. Don’t bother with waisting your time at this place. I finally got my drink after stopping a worker in the parking lot and when I pulled off the red button is still blinking waiting on an employee to come across the speaker.

This place is Run-Down … Lil to no stalls up and running ( they are missing posters and card readers and falling apart) I’d pass and find another spot. Ice cream machine stays down. They need a lot of work to clean up.

I highly recommend NOT going to this location, 1st off, you’re almost guaranteed to get a flat tire with he huge sharp holes in their parking lot, 2nd if you get more than one drink don’t bother asking for a drink carrier, they’ll tell you they’ll be right back with one then never show, try hitting that good ol red button even tho chances are it doesn’t work, the one in our stall didn’t, I’ve never gone to this location and not had a problem

Honestly it’s a hit or miss.. the food is great always is. The car hops … bless their hearts are worked to death. They have one that truly loves her job and is ran to death. Every time I’m there (which is almost daily) she is the ONLY car hop. Half the stalls DO NOT WORK. They have to turn off mobile ordering due to under staffing, they have to switch to drive thru only because they have no car hops to run the food out. I go here and to the one across the bridge and oddly it’s ran quite similar and having same problems. Their morning manager is amazing, but the staffing issue is a major problem. Food can take sometimes 20 mins to get out to you. They come out and apologize, and you know that they feel horrible and get talked down to and yelled at constantly for something they can’t control. They are going as quickly as possible with 4 orders on their tray. I love sonic and will continue to go but yall need to fix this problem and give these carhops some relief and make sure they are getting the pay they deserve for keeping yall in business. Yall wouldn’t have it if they didn’t show up for work.
