If I could give this chipotle 0-stars, I would. Absolutely do not order catering from this location. We placed and paid for a nearly $500 catering order that was supposed to be delivered between 7-7:15pm for a party for 40+ people this past Friday. At 7:45 with no food, I finally got ahold of chipotle corporate. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes, and they were useless. They were unable to get in touch with this physical location (they said no one was answering the phone), and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in management anywhere. They said the best they could do was submit a ticket/inquiry to their customer service department that would be resolved in 2-7 days. Finally, we received a text message from door dash saying that a different driver had allegedly picked up and stolen our order. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had 40 people at our house for a party and no food. Chipotle’s response? Giving us a refund for the order. That’s laughable given how disruptive this experience was for our party and how useless Chipotle was in resolving the issue. We ended up ordering $250 worth of pizza from a local company that saved the day. chipotle should give us a $250 gift card to cover the expense from their error. Terrible customer service. It’s no wonder your business is failing.

I came to this chipotle which had NO LINE! turns out it is online order only. I walk in and not one employee is actually working. 3 employees are sitting in the seating area on the phones laughing at customers and making comments. I don’t see any food being made and everyone is just making commentary about everyone. Honesty, sad to see a restaurant like this. Especially to see staff not even working and making commentary about customers. Not to mention the employees were in instagram or tiktok live while customers were coming in. This needs to be fixed. Great taco. There’s literally nothing in it.

Please do not order from here. They are consistently out of ingreedients (out of fajita veggies, out of steak, out of cheese. etc). When you walk in to try and order, they frequently tell you they are running “online order only” and make you go to your car to place an order even though there are 5+ employees just sitting in the the kitchen on their phones.
Today was the last time I will ever try to purchase ANYTHING from a Chipotle. 1/3/26, I placed an order online and drove over to pick it up. When I walked in, the woman at the pick up told me they are out of rice and had a fire in their rice cooker 40″ ago and cannot make more. She said they are also out of chicken and asked if I would like to have my meals made without rice and without chicken or do I want a full refund? I said a refund please (what would I be eating? An empty tortilla?). Then she said that she cannot process refunds so I need to go online and request a refund and that it is easy. Well, turns out you cannot request a refund online despite her saying there was a request refund button on the website when clicking on the order I placed. So I got no food, my kids are hungry, Chipotle has $46.20 of my money, I am also out the time it took to drive over there as well as all the time trying to get a refund for my money. There was no smoke smell to indicate a fire in the rice cooker. This restaurant is a scam and their employees are dishonest. Not to mention how dirty it always is in there, despite employees always just sitting there doing nothing. Also, if you are out of rice and chicken, wouldn’t it be proper business practice to cancel the order or at least call your patron to let them know you can’t make any semblance of their order?

Edit: Got the same “report this to our website” reply that all the other hundreds of 1 star reviews got, and when I reported it through that website I got an email stating they were “sincerely” sorry they were out of the ingreedients to complete my order this isolated time. As if all these hundreds of reviews from these different people this past year is not indicative of a problem? How many fires in their rice cooker happen? They said “no worries”…. save your time and your money and avoid this place!

The BIGGEST problem is knowing whether they’re going to be taking orders or not. They’re super inconsistent with service here. I would avoid.

Please don’t order from this Chipotle. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to ordering online, but it genuinely takes at least an hour for them to even begin my order. In the past I gave them grace but I’m done ordering from here and would rather drive to a farther location to get a meal. The employees constantly look stressed or get irritated with customers as well.

This is absolutely one of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever visited on the evening of 11/13/2025 It was not even crowded. The girl working the counter was incredibly distracted. The counters where the cutlery is was horrendous. Then my queso was old and discolored. I was at work so had no time to go back in but I bet a visit from the health department would probably turn up a whole slew of violations. Horrendous customer service. Horrendous food, and horrendous atmosphere. This is exactly how establishments go out of business. By tolerating this abject carelessness by employees. You are serving food to human beings not cattle. Absolutely horrendous.

I sadly must redact my above review: when I visited this location today, expecting to place a normal order in-store as I typically do, I walked into the store to see people seated and eating, food was available and there was staff members cooking/available… to be told “I do apologize but we’re only doing Online Orders”. When I asked “shouldn’t you have a sign saying this on the door”… I was ignored! Yes I did contact Chipotle’s Customer Service while still onsite and reported this concern, and wanted to bring this concern to the communities attention as well. 1/10 Chipotle, I won’t be returning to this location as my time is just an important as anyone else’s – If you’re going to only do Online Orders… shut the store down and/or post a sign in the future!

I won’t say this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, but it’s pretty bad. Place was filthy. At 7:30p on a Thursday night, with 6 employees and very few customers, there is no excuse for having a restaurant this dirty. Approaching the line I was asked what he could get started for me. That was nice, and where the god points end. They were out of 3 meats, Fajita, Cheese, Queso, and Chips. One person behind the counter wasn’t in uniform and was just chatting up everyone else, so I’m not counting her as an employee.
So my normal order was reduced to meat, rice, and lettuce. Not what we had in mind when we were both hungry and looking for dinner.

When I asked for vinegrette they told me they were out (shocker!). When I asked when they would make more since I was willing to wait the employee told me “We’re not”, I then asked why not and she responded with “I don’t got time.” This store needs a better attitude and management. Can’t say I’ve had a positive experience at any Chipotle location in the past year. I’ll stay away until they can figure out how to supply basic ingredients.
