Dbl cheeseburger was undercooked couldn’t eat it had a slab of mayo on it tots had way to much salt like it was purposely made like that couldn’t eat those ordered a blast and it was all regular ice cream with a splash of toppings awful experience sorry but I spent 18$ on a meal I couldn’t eat

This was bu far one of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been too. From the rude girl taking my order and her snide comments to the large grouping of hair that I found in my tater tots with cheese. The wad of hair looked more intentionally put in my food and when I brought it to the girls attention she didn’t seem the least bit concerned with it or shocked of it’s presence.

Don’t take their word for it if you order on the app and they don’t have something and say they’ll refund it. This location seems to be the most notorious around for not having something.

Updated review- It seems like the consistency keeps declining. Service is nice, but extremely slow. I don’t know if I won, or lost. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and got 2 double cheese burgers lol?

They were not taking orders on premises except at the one drive-thru which was backed up to the road. One of the reasons Sonic is unique is being able to pull up turn your vehicle off place your order and have it carried to your car. Now this is just like any other fast food drive-thru.

Over multiple years of being in Russellville, this sonic has always been disappointing. Always out of ingredients, non working stalls, short staffed, lack of care of customers. Many visits end up long waits and faulty drinks/shakes. I never recommend this one and would drive out of the way for another sonic.

Your assistance is needed to resolve this issue. It should not be placed on us the customers to resolve your problems. I would give zero or even negative stars if I could. We did a mobile order for four diet drinks at 3:30 pm on October 1, 2021. We thought one order didn’t go through so we put another one in. So we were charged twice. Then we saw car after car go through the drive through while we sat there. Finally my sister hit the red button and inquired as to the status of our drinks. The person says ‘oh yeah’ in a rude tone. After a while a young woman brought 4 drinks out. It said on the screen her name was Rachel. I took a drink of my route 44 that was supposed to be a diet Dr Pepper with lime and it can only be described as horrific. I exclaimed ‘oh my gosh!!’ I then had my sister taste it to make sure I wasn’t just exaggerating and she screamed too. They had to have intentionally done something to make this drink like that. It tasted like a mixture of solid syrups. It turned out that all 4 drinks were wrong. We wasted over $16.00 at this Sonic. Including a $1.00 tip that was sure undeserved. I can just see these immature people making these drinks giggling at pulling one over on us. We had to pour the drinks out and it literally, no exaggeration, took us hours to get the taste out of our mouths. You need to take action now.

pulled up to the stall, the person proceeded to inform us that they were doing drive through only, we pulled up to the drive through, they asked us for our order and we gave it. they didn’t say a single word back to us for a solid 5 minutes, we pulled up thinking it was technical issues but then the person was literally just standing there ignoring us at the window for another 5 minutes. i wouldn’t recommend due to the consistent ignorance of this specific employee. It was approximately 7:45 p.m. today (04/27/22)
