Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Excellent McDonald’s, we come here and eat almost every day because my son loves it so much. Most of the people that work here are very nice and most of them also speak Spanish so if you speak Spanish, then you won’t have any trouble ordering.

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The power went out and came right back on… I was in the drive thru trying to pick up a mobile order. After being told they couldn’t help me, I was trapped in the drive thru line and had to wait until I could get to the window, where I was very rudely again told they couldn’t help me. I parked my car and walked inside in the pouring rain and told the manager I wanted a refund. And guess what??? Was told by the MANAGER that they couldn’t help me. I went home and called corporate and was promised a refund but still I NEVER got one. Yes they speak Spanish but it would also help if they spoke a little bit of coherent English. Never again.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. My McMuffin wasn’t toasted enough/too soft my hash brown was soft and soaked with grease instead of with a little crunch as normal and I ordered a diet coke with a little ice but my cup was half full with ice and when I told them that I asked for a little bit ice the server looked at me with an irritating look. And when they returned with another soda, THE CUP WAS STILL HALF FULL WITH ICE . I COULDN’T ARGUE, IT WASN’T WORTH RUNNING MY BLOOD PRESSURE UP I WAS SOOOO DISAPPOINTED THAT I TEARED UP AND THREW THE WHOLE MEAL AWAY AND WENT TO TACO BELL FOR THEIR CRISPY WRAP BREAKFAST. Unless McDonald’s reimburse me for that awful breakfast I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Went thru drive thru, and it was hard for them to understand my English. Took a couple of times to repeat. Only for them to get manager whom also didn’t understand. English wasn’t their first language.

Staff was respectful and kind and the restaurant was very clean. Food did take a little longer than usual but it was fresh and hot so no complaints!

I only walked through to use the restroom. My only complaint is no towels, only an air dryer. I’ve seen too many girls come out of a stall wiping their hands on their pants only to bypass the sink and straight out the door! I need paper towels to grab that handle ♀️

The absolute worst customer service from any fast food restaurant. The service has plummeted over the last year and it shows. I’ve gotten multiple orders wrong and attitude when I have the receipt clearly showing the screw up. I’ll be going to Severna park from here out.
