The delivery service at this store is terrible. Today a driver repeatedly asked me to “just meet” at his car for the delivery- which typically I do, even though they’re meant to be contactless/ come to the door and I have clear instructions for delivery- and I continuously stated I could not (I in the shower). He kept asking “why can’t you just come outside” until I finally stated the reason and then STILL asked me to come out. I just finished pulling my sweater on when he came to the door. I called the store and the manager said it’s because I’m at a side door- even though I said he very well could have left it at the front and he never intended to leave his car, only for me to “meet him on the road”. Drivers at this location rarely get out of their cars (yes, there’s parking and it’s not a busy street at all) and usually I don’t complain. Asking me to get out of the shower to meet you? I was here a week ago. My experience was not great. I arrived at the store and ordered. It took 20 minutes, that was fine. But 9nr of the employees was coughing a lot and not covering his mouth. And then the pizza was not cut all the way thru. I had to use my own knife to cut the pizza. I will not purchase from this store again.

I gave one star because I have to I’m order to leave a review. I ordered food through the app and had it delivered to my room when staying at the Rye Town Hilton. At 9:22 pm I received a text saying the food was on its way. We didn’t get our pizza until 10:45! The pizza was COLD and very bland. I called and complained (as polite as possible) and the man on the phone gave me half off, for freaking cold pizza. It should have been free. The pizza should not have taken over an hour. Do better.

This place has delivered pizzas to me that are 2 hours late, so it took them 2 hours ans 20 mins to get to a 15 min away location, and then refused to answer my calls to their store! If I paid with a credit card I’d call up corporate and the. Report a robbery! They’ve done this 20x, and was suppose to give me a gift certificate that NEVER CAME as an apology!!!!

Everything you are reading in these bad reviews is true. Took almost two hours to deliver the first time we tried. We are 10 minutes away. Months later we tried again and we are now waiting over an hour. No one answers their phone either.
