Today at noon during my thirty minute lunch break my mobile order wasn’t delivered on time. I was promptly given an apology for the wait. The carhop explained my order took longer because the cook had to remake it. I ordered buffalo sauced boneless wings. I received a small order of half sauced popcorn chicken. The meal looked obviously rushed too, absolutely no subtlety.

I ordered ahead, didn’t have to wait long at all, food was hot and delicious. The young lady who brought our food was very nice, asked how we were enjoying our day and smiled the whole time. Will definitely be going back to this Sonic.

The food and staff service was great but we had go change stalls twice because the screens weren’t working and there wasn’t any signs saying so. It was sunny so we couldn’t see the screens before parking there. And then we parked in stall #20 which seemed to work just fine and ordered from the app but then it would change saying like we didn’t order anything. It did that multiple times.

This place literally stresses me out. Most of the stalls screens don’t work for you to order. Then I Ordered a chili cheese coney meal. They Told me it would be a 10 min wait. So they could make it “fresh”. I said that’s fine. Also ordered a chicken strip dinner for my daughter. Told them ff instead of tater tot’s. She still got tots. Even tho they read it back to me twice and they said ff. Once we finally get our food, My coney is barely warm & the bread feels like it’s been sitting out for a couple hours drying out. I live 30 seconds from there. So it wouldn’t have went from “fresh and hot” to “Luke warm” in the 2 mins it took me to get back home and inside to pull the food out on the counter.

One of the workers there, Natalie. Give that girl a raise. My car died in the parking lot tonight after ordering, not only was her customer service appreciated but when I asked for help, though she couldn’t help, was kind enough offer me a tea while I looked for help. She was very nice, and I’ll always remember that.

Everytime I go here my order never comes back right. I am mostly in a hurry so I dont take the time to check my order .something is always missing or the food taste old like its been sitting there . Their drinks are GREAT but geez if imma pay anywhere from $5-8 for a good burger I expect it to be made right .Its all sloppy and half the time isn’t as I asked . The app menu is out of date apparently because when I order from the app they have to substitute something for what I ordered because they are out or never have it in the first place. Ugh frustrating.
