At drive thru, no one behind us, ordered and was told to pull over to side and would bring order out. Waiting, someone else orders, pulled up and waited for order. After 15 minutes, other driver goes back to window and asks for his order and gets his, I walk over to window ask for my order. Was just sitting there. lady said she didn’t know where we were. By that time food was cold.

I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy should have been 2 for 5 they charged me 6.46. Then 2 plain biscuits were almost 4.00 and a large hash brown I asked to be extra crispy. I got it and they were in a greasy ball all stuck together under cooked. I called 3x to tell them about it and have never got an answer. The biscuits were under cooked. I love Hardee’s for breakfast but I had a bad experience last 2x I have been. And it was 14.00 for what I ordered. That was money I just threw away cause I couldn’t eat anything. I know they can do better than this….

We used the drive thru because we had my puppy with us. I had to go inside to use the restroom and as I entered the manager greeted me and warned the floor is damp because of the rain. I am pleased with that and all Hardees
