I will never come to this Sonic again. We waited on our food for 30 minutes. A large group that came after us was served before we were. We had two hamburger orders. I’m not sure if they forgot about us or just served their friends first, but I will not be back. Service is terrible and as slow as McDonalds. We finally left without our food.

Every since they opened up the drive thru it has always been blocked off and closed, but on 6/21/23 me and my fiancé placed an order on the mobile app for two shakes and it wasn’t busy, didn’t receive our shakes for close to 30 minutes. The people working here are very slow and don’t care. Do better sonic!! We were so happy to finally get more food in haughton but it did no good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My grandson and I were feeling thirsty after spending the day at the park, went to buy us some drinks and when I get mine, there’s not only one but THREE gnats in it!!! How do you not see that while making my drink? Or do they just not care? I didn’t even check my grandsons drink. I just threw it all away. Wasted money and will never go back!!!!!!

Ordered a Peach sweet tea via the app. It literally tastes like they gave me water with the peach flavoring. No tea whatsoever. This is not the first time my order has been wrong or messed up at this location. I’ve notice the quality of the products are especially bad around 7-9.

Is this a sonic or a McDonald’s? Ice cream machine is “down” every other day. Don’t waste your time. Drive a little further to Hwy 80 or get it before you leave bossier. There’s no guarantee they’ll have anything when you get to haughton.

Worst place ever! Tried to go there tonight. Big mistake. They’re supposed to close at 10:30. I get there at about 945. Some girl dressed in a costume that was very inappropriate was too busy socializing with other people in the cars. Not paying attention. And then another girl in a pink costume comes out and tries to hand someone else’s food to me and some other car as well. Then she tells us that she is short staffed and walks away. Then 10 minutes later comes on and tells us that they are closed. Horrible place. They never get anything right. Plus both of those girls look like they were 16. Where is the manager? Where is the adult? There was no one there. It’s a shame because we need more restaurants in this area but then we get service like this. It’s horrible when you have to pass a Sonic to go to another sonic. Guess I gotta keep passing the sonic next to my house to go to the good one on 80. Ridiculous!

This place is really hit or miss with more on the miss side. Just read the most recent reviews that says it all. I have stop going to this location and don’t think I’ll return anytime soon. Oh and calling the location or sonic corporate about the same issues over and over have no results. It’s like they don’t care honestly.
