Just waited 25 minutes for a mini butterfinger blast. Had to call them twice to remind them, still never got it so i stopped a worker and they were very rude to me about it. Highly upset. gave them a $20 10 minutes ago and still waiting for my change. Maybe if they worried more about the service they provide instead of the the teenagers that hang out in there cars it’d run smoother.

The worst experience I have ever had with this sonic was on may 13, 2022 at 10:03 pm. First of all they wouldn’t take my order at the stall, so I drove around to the drive through. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer and it’s not busy. So my friend politely said “excuse me” and the worker answered “oh no ma’am we not doing this tonight” with an attitude. And this is not the first time I’ve experienced treatment like this. Highly would recommend stopping at a different fast food restaurant in the town because franklin sonic isn’t worth your time.

I’m from out of town and my experience was less than satisfactory. First it took over an hour to get my food. Second it was cold. And lastly the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. Not my fault you hate your job. Would not recommend stopping here whatsoever!

Not sure if it’s due to the covid situation but we waited over 20 min for our order and were still served cold food. We were hungry though, after spending all day at the nature park, so we just drove home eating the cold food
