I went to the drive thru on 9/11/2025 and a young girl wearing a red shirt, lip gloss African American and with an very immature attitude took my order at 6:15pm. I was served with a partial orea shake that was so ugly. I made her aware of how it looked in a very polite manner and she smacked her lips and said ‘insert smack here’ what you mean. I pointed at the hideous item she had handed to me that was suppose to be of medium size versus the other much appealing shake I had ordered. She did not see the difference and closed the window. I took it as she understood customer service and was correcting her error but no. The “child” was just running orders behind me. If she received training she needs to get more or go home and take a nap. A very nice young man (who said he loves camaros) in a blue shirt came to the window and corrected her mistake and made my day. He deserves a raise and the slacky girl deserves everything like the shake she serves people. Fire her asap. She definitely sucks and needs to grow as a person.

We got the fastest service and it was right on time because we were hot and the drinks came quickly. Burgers were dry but tots were good as usual. They really need to fix the parking lot and add some outdoor music to make the atmosphere inviting.

My ocean water tasted like just that water from the ocean. It was extremely salty . My oreo blast was filled with cherries because they made it after making my lemonade that I asked them to add cherries to. Now let’s get to that lemonade. I asked them to add cherries, not cherry flavor. Now my lemonade is red and taste like cherry juice, almost as if I am getting the cherries out the jar.

Sat there for 5 to 10 minutes at the drive-thru waiting for somebody to say something. Went to the drive-thru window and was told to go back to the drive-thru speaker and wait. Absolute attitude from the woman at the window while the manager stood behind her and said nothing. Best place needs to shut down I give a negative five stars
