We had such an amazing experience at Pho Today! We came as a group of six and ordered different types of pho, and every single bowl was absolutely delicious.
The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot.
The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. What really made our visit special was the manager — he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He surprised our table with complimentary drinks and dessert, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It made us feel truly appreciated as guests.

I had an outstanding meal at Pho Today Vietnamese Restaurant in Fort Lee! I ordered the grilled kalbi short rib, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly marinated, tender, and cooked just right. A limited menu in parsimonious protein options really stand out as being contrary to typical Pho places. The broth was tasty but not spectacular. Price point was not commensurate with the meal. Play looks cool and trendy however so give it a shot if you are around.

I went back last night and to be honest, the food was mid. It wasn’t as good as I remember. They don’t add too much meat to the pho either.
I also was surprised by the miniscule menu. A lot of other pho spots have a wider variety of foods as compared to them. The other spots are also willing to allow substitutions to some menu items, unlike them.
Next time I’m in the area and want pho, I think I’d go elsewhere.

This place is the best pho place in northern jersey. I usually take pictures before eating the foods but this place so good that i always forget to take one. However service is not that great. I guess it is because they are new in town so it might take little time to settle down for better service
