Atmosphere felt a little off, good tater tots and ok burger. Had to press a button at the front desk to get service which was fine just a little odd

The service can be a little slow. They seem to be more interested in what is going on in the back then the customers out front.

The place has gone down hill! Cashier took our order, brought our food and that was the last we saw of her. Otherwise, she hung out in the back laughing and carrying on with other employees. Most the tables were dirty, there were m&m’s and other food items all over the floor, the windows were filthy and the place smelled horribly of stagnant water. I use to work in the food industry, my manager at the time taught me “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean,” and to also check on your customers. Even if it’s a fast food joint, go ask how everything was, clean the lobby up things like that. Any business, ESPECIALLY a food establishment should focus on visual appearance, great customer service as well as scent of the establishment. To me, those three things will ruin what could have been a good dinning experience. You should have management that cares about your establishment and strives for great customer service. I have yet to see anyone in this establishment have any of those skills. It’s sad to see a business go down hill like this place is.

Ate here yesterday (10/05/17) and was very dissatisfied. For starters the “general manager” took our order at the front counter and was less than friendly, as a matter of fact it seemed as if we were a nuisance to her. She never smiled once, very short responses were given and it just seemed like there were better things she could be doing. While looking for a table to sit at we noticed that the floors were very sticky. When our food came out the tater tots were a very ugly shade of dark brown as opposed to the golden brown we expected, as if they had been over cooked and tasted very greasy and soggy. Same goes for the chicken on the sandwich, very brown, almost burnt and did not taste how it should have, probably was cooked a couple hours before we got there…would not recommend Sonic in Sidney, NE to anyone until they practice some better quality control on the food and work on customer service.

The last time I came to Sonic I got a Bacon Crossonic. It didn’t have egg on it. I gave them another chance today. I waited 15 minutes for my order. When I got my iced coffee it is so watered down that I can’t help but wonder if it had been sitting there all day. My sandwich had egg on it this time but the bacon was so stringy and chewy that I couldn’t eat it. The tots were clearly cooked in old oil. With this being the only drivethrough in town that serves breakfast all day (other than McDonald’s) I was really hoping for better quality. Looks like yet another place I can’t go. 1 star goes to the worker there who was nice, and clearly working alone. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Typical fast food with drive up ordering options. They have seating inside and out. This place is rarely busy and will make off-menu items if you give them enough details so they can figure out how to place the order in the system (+1 star for that!).

Okay I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. We’ve gone here 3 times now and every single time, the lobby is clean, the food is fresh and amazing, and the service has been awesome. Definitely worth the drive from Big Springs. Give this one a chance guys. So worth it.

Just passing through, wanted a shake and some food, but the Ice cream machine was broken, and we ordered food but messed up a plain hot dog with ketchup. Wait staff went to the back of the store and was there for at least 15 min. While customers were waiting. Could be heard talking in back. Worst sonic we have been to.

I ordered a BLT chicken sandwich with medium tots and a vanilla shake, my husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with medium onion rings and a hotfudge shake. We get to window, the give us our shakes, then hand us two kids corndog meals. We give it back and repeat our order to them, after what seemed like 20 minutes they hand us a bag and apologize for the confusion. I glance in, see onion rings an tots with 2 sandwiches. Good so we go home, I got a cheeseburger with small tots, my husband got his sandwich with large onion rings. The food is good, but my cheeseburger tastes nothing like the chicken sandwich I wanted.

The worst experience ever!!!!! The staff was very unprofessional the lady at front counter had her 4 year old son at work with her behind the counter and in the kitchen. Food came out it was nasty and cold. Threw almost the entire meal in the trash. Then while we sat there people kept coming in and going back in the kitchen. Very nasty wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!
