I went 2 times today. They messed up my order both times! I am sitting here waiting to get my large sweet tea. It’s been 15 minutes! This is ridiculous! They aren’t busy either! The girl is very rude. I had to push the button again and asked her for my drink so I could leave. She said they got busy….there’s literally 3 cars here!

Alright normally I don’t have issues when I go here but the past several times, it is like the ones taking the order (in evenings) is not listening or cannot hear through the speakers. (Possibly the systems yall use since we are constantly asked what stall we are in). But the past two times, something has been missing from our orders. My husband is at the store right now because we did not get our medium mozzarella stick and has informed me that the woman he’s speaking to is arguing and saying that it’s in the bag. Now, I worked in fast food too and I know things get hard BUT we never argued with customers even if we knew they were lying. We paid for our mozzarella sticks and would like to have them. I do not appreciate the arguing at all. Everyone is having a hard time and when someone chooses to come and spend their money at your restaurant, you should at least have the decency to give them the food they pay for. Mistakes happen but the arguing is ridiculous and highly unappreciated and inappropriate. I know the girls name and would be very happy to report to the manager that she would rather argue than do her job.

The boy that came out to my car had no customer service at all. He was rude and just acted like he didn’t want to be working there at all. If this is how employees treat their customers I don’t want to eat there. Granted he could have had a bad day, but don’t be rude to your customers.

Was ok fast food anymore. Actually anymore your lucky if you don’t get food spit in. I had a sister in law that worked for the one in independence and she told me if your rude she would routinely spit in drink and if you didn’t tip you weren’t getting any ketchup keep this in mind never order special food or ask them to replace food just not safe anymore!

Traveling home stopped to grab a bite, ordered a combo only got drink and burger no fries asked if we could get our fries they said we didn’t get combo that would be extra I thought combo included drink and fries or tots, also got a corn dog and cheddar bites wasn’t asked what size. So No would not recommend paid almost $20 dollars

Or a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon, onion rings and cheddar bites. My sandwich was very chewy and not even warm, they didn’t put the bacon in they charged me for, the onion rings were so well done they hurt to chew.

Usually awesome but tonight was horrible. My order showed correct on the receipt but couple of the shakes were wrong…ok no biggie they swapped em out. Then get home and get ready to enjoy my shake and the was a stem and sliver of cherry youre kidding me! Plus, since we had to wait for the shake swap, tots were cold and yuck. Not a happy camper tonight for as much as we spent!
