Been meaning to post for some time. The food is almost always pretty good. But you can count on
1. A long wait
2. Some of your items will be missing or wrong
3. No sauces, no napkins
4. The staff are usually polite, but the occasional exception is just straight rude.
This is pretty consistent regardless of the say of the week, or time of day. And it can be really frustrating paying upwards of 50$ for a meal for your family, and oh look, were missing the fries, this cherry limeade is just sprite, no ketchup in the bag my daughter’s tater tots are cold.
I get stuff happens when things are busy but come on guys. The overall quality at this location has been sub-stanard for years.

No second hamburger patty or bacon on our cheesy BACON super sonic stacks, we added chili and there was barely any on either sandwich. The food tasted okay, I’m just upset they didn’t give us what we ordered…

Usually awesome but tonight was horrible. My order showed correct on the receipt but couple of the shakes were wrong…ok no biggie they swapped em out. Then get home and get ready to enjoy my shake and the was a stem and sliver of cherry youre kidding me! Plus, since we had to wait for the shake swap, tots were cold and yuck. Not a happy camper tonight for as much as we spent!

I thought sonic was made to ordered the last 3 times I’ve went my food has been cooked and brought to me in 3to4 minutes I didn’t no you can cook hamburgers ff and corn dogs in that small amount of time my food has never been hot just warm

I went 2 times today. They messed up my order both times! I am sitting here waiting to get my large sweet tea. It’s been 15 minutes! This is ridiculous! They aren’t busy either! The girl is very rude. I had to push the button again and asked her for my drink so I could leave. She said they got busy….there’s literally 3 cars here!
