I placed a mobile order at 4:25 PM that said it would be ready between 4:46–4:51. I didn’t leave the store until 5:10 PM. On top of the long wait, my stuffed crust pizza was undercooked. The dough was raw and even the pepperoni wasn’t fully cooked. This completely defeats the purpose of “Hot-N-Ready.” I had to go home and turn on my oven just to finish cooking it. This is honestly outrageous!

Family and I used to order from here until about a year ago when the employees were so rude they threaten to fight us because we insisted on getting a refund since we weren’t getting our pizzas, about a few weeks ago I decided to place an order here and give it another try and honestly it did not disappoint. Pizza was made correctly it was fresh and hot it was also ready when being picked up. The place is no longer packed or the employees just hanging around out side.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, a cheese pizza, crazy puffs, and 2 sodas. I didn’t get 1 of my sodas, the pretzel crust was a plain crust and i didn’t get any of the sauces I paid for. Plus the food was warm. For what I paid, it could’ve been better.

All the employees are sitting in a grey jeep doing who knows what.
Made a custom pizza but it was wrong.
The pizza was even undercooked.
The lady took it and went to the back, and who knows if she made me a new one.
All three employees came back in smelling like Black and Milds and marijuana. Not a single employee even washed their hands after coming back inside.
And these are the people fighting for $15+ an hour. ♂️
Sad part is you can’t even see what’s going on in the back. I promise I will never step foot there again.
It was only 04:00PM on Sunday with no customers.

I always love to come here because their pizza will always be fresh but yesterday they disappointed me because when I went to buy four boxes of pizza two pepperonis and two cheese pizzas the pizza didn’t have the red sauce they’re barely put any cheese on it and the bread was like a flatbread and it was hard it didn’t look like it was fresh out the oven it look like it was only reheated in an oven. That does not look good and it did not look fresh. I’m disappointed.

Worst service I ever got. The delivery time kept changing and it was 30 min late. They text me and said they cancelled the order and refunded my money. Horrible service. They didn’t offer to make it right. Trash store.
