Overall our meal was okay. We both ordered the number three on the menu which is the double bacon cheeseburger meal. With tater tots and a route 44 size coke. The tater tots were slightly over cooked and someone got very ambitious with the application of salt. The burger was good however the bacon was burned to the point of being blackened. They were quick and the car hop was friendly and professional.
Not the best I’ve had but not the worst either. I gave them a 3 star rating and would not recommend.

Slow as southern tea brewing in the sun all day. It’s not clean and the parking lot isn’t the cleanest and garbage will be overflowing. They are always messing up on orders and simple orders that only envole one item at that. I’ve ate at the drive in thing and had delivery and I’ve went through delivery. Sucks going through drive when you’re leaving town and they mess up and you don’t take the time to check your order and they short you but they got paid. They’re bad about not giving you all your order.

I stopped for a sweet tea at 815 am & it took at least 10 mins to get through the drive thru & I was the only car. Later that day, I tried ordering from the app & it wasn’t working so I pulled into a stall & pushed the button, it did not even look like it was working so when the young lady came over the intercom, I was shocked! However, her smiling face made things better. I did not order food, just a drink both times. Sonic, you can do better at this location! Make it presentable & not look run down!!!!

Went to the drive thru and asked two route 44 Red Bull slushes and the girl said yeah it’s happy hour and then she charged me whole price . I told her that it’s happy hour and she said she can’t hear me cause her head set was going dead . Then I repeated it a bunch more times until she decided to tell me that they don’t serve Red Bull drinks on happy hour for happy hour price . At first she said they did and then she changed her mind cause I corrected her and then she stopped talking to me . Poor working skills need help learning how to talk to people in there . Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s someone there that knows what they doing .

Stopped by for lunch and had the double smasher and onion rings. It was the WORST burger I’ve ever had, and the onion rings stunk of some fruit pies or something. Do they ever change their fryer oil?? I tossed my entire lunch in the trash. I’ll never eat at Sonic again.

Food arrived quick and tasted great. We tried to order online but either it wasn’t working or they don’t accept online orders. Either way, it was inconvenient because we were passing through and wanted to order before we arrived so we could get back on the road.

Ordered food paid with card when they bring out the food she told me the total I said I done paid and it went through then the lady got rude said no it didn’t show on the board real hateful so I pulled up my transactions and showed her and then she gave me my food and still being hateful I never in my life been treated that way and called a lier and had show proof I actually paid and it wasn’t cheap either I spent $73.10 and was treated that way never will I go back to this restaurant

$15 an hr no ice in my drink means “NO ICE”. The burgers were so greasy you won’t believe the picture’s. To top it all off there was a hair in my husband’s burger I will not be returning.

This was my first time at Sonic. The ordering system wasn’t the best because the staff couldn’t really hear us and vice versa. The staff also didn’t repeat our order back to us, which resulted in them messing it up.

I would’ve left fewer stars if not for the way the manager really made things right for us. They quickly corrected the order, and even gave us a couple of coupons to make up for the mistake. Now that is exemplary customer service! I don’t know the name of the manager or I’d give them a personal shout out for doing a great job!

Thanks to the great service, I will definitely be back.

It’s hard to try eating when this is in your face. Unfortunately the wind blew and I almost puked so we just cancelled our order and left. Absolutely disgusting. Usually takes forever to get the food anyway. I was told one of the people at the table actually works there. I really felt bad for the baby.
