We just got a Spider-Man ice cream cake for our oldests party and it was awesome! Obviously they taste great, but the design was perfect! On top of that whoever wrote on the cake did a FANTASTIC JOB!! It fed everyone and was a steal price wise for the size.

This sucks actually. With the meal 7.00 meal deal you’re supposed to be able to upgrade it to a small blizzard for 2 dollars. Well, they gave us a mini blizzard the size of a free baby cone at Safitickers. For comparison it’s 1/2 the size of my hand and I have VERY small hands. When we tried to explain what was wrong apparently he added it wrong and charged us a dollar more for a blizzard literally the size of my pinky. I’m not eating here and taking my business to McDonald’s which we spend a lot of money on fast food so you’re losing a very big profit. THE SIGN LITERALLY SAYS YOU CAN AND WE’VE COME 20 TIMES IN THE PAST SO WE KNOW HOW THIS WORKS.

Ordered lunch early just before 11am. Like the $4 snack menu. Always perfect, this time the food was barely hot.
I don’t buy a drink there because of the cost/just try to bring with me from home or from McDonald’s for $1.

I’m rating 3 out of 5 stars because I visit here very often so as a result the average weighs a little higher on the good visit side. At this location when their food is made correctly to the order placed it is amazing. Also beware when ordering onion rings at this location. You can’t even order one ranch for free with a regular size onion ring. I went through today and with my rewards points (so that should tell you how much I spend at this location!) ordered a regular onion ring. I asked for two ranch dips as well got to the window scanned my bonus points for the onion rings and the lady says $1.05 please. Like for what? So if I don’t want ketchup I can’t have atleast one dipping sauce for my onion rings? Or are you charging me $1.05 for the extra one. It was for both, nope no dipping sauces allowed with onion rings you have to pay $.50 for each one. Wanna know the funny thing about this, yesterday I got the same order and got the dips for free. So which is it?? So I know to bring my own!

I waited on two mobile order blizzards. One employee, the boy with the painted finger nails, decided to fold bags instead of helping myself, and another customer. I stood there for 10 minutes before I had to ask for my blizzards, and he brought them to me melted. Absolutely ridiculous service for a restaurant that usually exceeds expectations.
