The K Green Show
I usually try to find the good in all restaurants because it takes a lot to make a bad meal. I hadn’t gone to this Sonic in a couple years and now I remember why. The servers were great. Young high schoolers smiling, thanking me for stopping by, have a nice day. The drinks are what you pay for: sugar with a hint of water and fizz, but that was to be expected, as that has always been the drinks, would actually like some drink with my ice next time. My meal, out of 3 that were bought for 31 dollars, was rubbish. My kids whose pallet is less refined.. one said they had regrets about the meal choice and was sorry for the suggestion, the other eats anything and was meh about it. Most of the options were also out, so I got the super cheeseburger or something like that with two large patties. It looked good but had zero taste, and that’s hard for a burger. All of the tater tots were cooked to oblivion and inedible, which is also hard to do. The footlong hotdog, only because they were out of 6in hotdogs, was lifeless and the regular cheeseburger well, again less refined pallet. So maybe the servers were the problem or maybe it’s just Sonic. Im not sure, but I will not be trying to find out anytime soon.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! First of all I pulled into stall 22 activated the order button and no one never answered pulled around to drive thru it was answered almost immediately but it was slow to get your order, once I received my order it was medium cold (coney dog) and fries were also medium cold with all the time it took from start to finish the food should’ve been piping hot this was my first and last time for sonic never again straight trash on all levels

This particular Sonic is THE most poorly managed Sonic that I have ever visited. Trust me… skip this place. If this is an independently owned unit, I cannot believe their franchise license has not yet been revoked. Too much to go in to at length… just do not waste your time, or money, at this location. The service, food prep, and complete lack of professionalism will ruin your day. Never again! I’ve given this location my very last dollar!

The fries and tots for 5 meals were so old and crispy. The burgers were dry and hard buns. There were no condiments on the burgers. The sodas were watery and no flavor. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any sonic n Bowling Green!

What’s really been going on with breakfast and lunch ? I eat here like three times a week. Something isn’t the same anymore. Did y’all lose kitchen staff that knows how to make fresh food? The food hasn’t been fresh at all!!! Why are the Tots hard as a rock ?

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt considering it’s one of the very few places to eat on this end of Scottsville Road, but it always takes 30+ minutes to get your food in the drive-through or pulled in. The younger employees appear to just be standing around inside. Not sure why it takes so long to get food and then it’s cold when they hand it to you. It’s supposed to be fast food.

Who is the opening staff here? I waited 45 minutes just for the store to not be open this morning at 6 o’clock. The tall, black male in the drive-through was very rude and took forever just to make my order. Find better staff immediately! On the app, it says the store opens at 6 AM not 7 AM

I went at 1030 am. I thought it was closed. There were no cars or people out. I ended up seeing someone inside so I pushed the call button to place a order. Nothing. Finally the 3rd time someone took my order. The card reader didnt work on the screen. 20 minutes for food that wasnt even fresh and we had stuff missing from the order but I didnt have anymore time to waste.

We sat for an entire hour for our food after being delivered the wrong meal the first time.

Hire more people that aren’t borderline kids. Had to leave after paying without food, and watched others leave too.

Just a greasy mess from the burger to the tots. Pay premium fast food prices for garbage. Barely ate any of it before my stomach hurt. We will not be back to this location.
