Younger people are working here. No greeting at all. Didn’t tell us our total at the window, no thank you, have a good night or anything. Was asked if we wanted a cheeseburger or hamburger for the kids’ meal. Said hamburger with ketchup only. Got home to find a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. Accidents happen, sure, but this is the 3rd time our food has been incorrect from here. May not return.

was told to “wait a min” 15-20 mins later— no one ever spoke to me. the entire time i see the employees talking, laughing, even cleaning- but did not speak to me again. when i went in their to confront them- they told me i shouldn’t be there with a “sick ” child—- thank you, hope you get that 100- because god knows we seen the reviews of some other stores in town… SICK PEOPLE EAT TOO!- most definitely will never return again- hopefully the employees change —- or the chain shuts down

Okay don’t get me wrong I understand stuff happens and people are busy and short handed but the experience I had was completely a disgrace. I mean the 10 min I spent at the pull up speaker before I got fed up and pulled upto the drive thru speaker and placed my order. which they still got wrong when I ordered root beer I got sweet tea rang up and handed to me. Ya know that Is one thing but I then had to wait an additional 10 min for my food to be made and I got cold chili and un melted cheese on my chili cheese tots and a 3/4 inch tomato on my burger. Just figured if I had to wait that long the food would atleast be of decent quality.

I understand like most places they are short staffed so the food is usually just warm at best. However today I went to go get a strawberry banana shake. When I went to pick it up from the cup holder, the lid popped off and more than half of the shake fell all over me, my driver’s seat, steering wheel, charger cable, and floorboard. The reason? The Styrofoam cup was was chipped off pretty evidently on one side and the lid wasn’t on all the way. So I had to go back and finish the rest of my work day with my whole right leg covered in more than hold of a fairly melted shake they gave me. I most likely will not be returning to that location.

I had a decent order and most things were right. However, I ordered a burrito with no sausage at all and extra cheese. I got a burrito with extra sausage, 2 tiny pieces of bacon, and hardly any cheese. No one answered when I called to ask for a replacement.

Rather than write a bad review for inedible onion rings (I think they were refried), I decided I would stop in and let the manager know. I never indicated that it had to be a face-to-face conversation. (I am a 70 yo retired professional female who expects good food and decent service. And, I’m NOT a picky eater.) Today I went through the drive thru and nicely asked to speak to a manager. I was told to pull into a stall and, then, let them know where I was. I did so and was told the manager would be right out. After 10 minutes, I called again to nicely remind them that I was waiting for the manager. I was told they were busy, but she would come out soon. After 10 more minutes, I pulled through the drive thru lane and told them I was waiting there until I could speak to the manager. They said I couldn’t do that and I assured them that I wasn’t moving until I spoke to a manager. (I apologized and explained the situation to 3 different customers that pulled up behind me. They all said they understood.) Finally the manager, Erica, came out and started yelling at me. She still did not bother to ask me why I wanted to talk to her. She said that she had called her boss who was on the way. (Erica had brought 2 male employees with her, I think, to intimidate me. It didn’t work.) When her boss arrived, I explained the situation to her. She offered me a free meal and apology. I declined the meal.

We ordered a cheese cup…didnt get it. No napkins. And when we asked for ketchup at the window, the dude was like ” Oh, you want ketchup too?” Super snotty. Yes bro…we got fries; not a weird request. Also, buns were burnt. Do better. (Yes, I’ve worked fast food before)

Sat in the stall for 10 minutes. Finally someone came on to tell me to go to the drive thru. Same with every sonic in bowling green. They all are awful. I can not wait until my gift card runs out so I don’t have to go. Just ridiculous.

Ordered 2 cherry limeades light ice, a 4 piece cheese sticks with ranch and a pretzel with cheese. The limeades did have any cherries or lime in them. The cheese sticks tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. When I ordered the cheese sticks I was asked if I wanted marinara or ranch. I don’t like marinara so I said “Definitely ranch” and they brought me only a marinara. When I go up to the door I said “Can I get 2 ranch and you can have this marinara back?” The hop then asked me, in a tone “You didn’t get 2 ranch?” This is the first time that something like this has happened so I will try them again and that this is a possible rare occasion. I do also honestly hope, if the hop was having a bad day, that everything is alright. Tomorrow is a new day and better things are to come.
