We ordered pizza on 2/22/24 from the Buckhannon , Wv location. The young lady that took the order was incredibly rude then when we get the pizza it has several HAIRS in it and on it also the driver had to go back and get the 2-liter of soda he forgot. Utterly disgusting DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!

it’s honestly not my favorite pizza place, but whenever i do have it it’s really good. the pizza is always nice and fresh. the wings are decent. and the desserts are good. i wouldn’t necessarily choose to order here myself, but if offered pizza from here i wouldn’t turn it down!

I buy 5 pizzas and get charged over $100..and on top of that when I order extra toppings for my pizza I pay for those extra toppings but there NOT THERE!!! GET YOUR MEASUREMENTS CORRECT PAPA JOHN..I took the pizza back in and asked why am I paying for extra toppings but not getting them and this is what I was told” the more topping you order the less topping you get.” But I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM..this is bad business but it’s okay papa John’s Sam’s pizza will definitely be taking my next order.

All sauces was wrong and missing sauce that my boyfriend ordered! Who ever did the order needs to be fired, instead of wings like we ordered he got chickens nuggets with sauce over top! I put in an online order for 12 pies, and I received them hot and ready when I arrived. The employees also gave me a large stack of plate and napkins to bring to my event before helping me load it all in my car. I got a great deal (appr. half off through on online coupon) and the guests were happy!

Ordered a well done, square cut BBQ chicken pizza no onions, 1st half add jalapeños 2nd half no bacon. I picked up my pizza and drove back to my house just to see the pizza was made 1st half chicken, bacon and 2nd half jalapeño chicken. Completely backwards of my online order and what the directions state on the slip glued on the outside of the box. So I do what a normal respectable person does and drives back to the store and politely ask for it to me remade correctly. The worker looks at the glued slip then looks at the pizza and tells me It’s actually made correctly, but we’ll still remake it the way you want it. Obviously at this point I’m extremely embarrassed because it looks like I brought a pizza back for no reason and asked for it to be remade. Im also holding up the line with one customer. I tell him no, if it’s made right Never mind I’m sorry. He explained it’s fine we’ll remake it anyway. The worker reorders the pizza using my online order then says out loud don’t make the order how it’s says it’s supposed to be one half chicken, jalapeños, bacon and one half chicken bbq and no onions on all of it. Which does nothing but embarrass me even more because he’s basically telling everyone I’m wrong. I walk out to my car and double check the slip and my online order just to find out I was right and the pizza was made wrong. Clearly at this point everyone in the store is fired up because a customer just brought a pizza back stating it’s wrong but the worker told everyone it’s right. I show the female worker the slip and my online order and she explains I’m right and they just made it wrong, I really appreciated her.

Ordered a Shaq-o-Roni well done. There is a difference between well done and burnt, mine was burnt on the bottom, wanted light sauce but I tasted very little sauce.
Now for jalapeno bites, which I was looking forward to, there was absolutely NO cream cheese in them, just cut jalapenos wrapped in dough, these issues need attention!!
Only reason I gave a 2 star rating was cause delivery was on time.

The last time we ordered, we ordered a specialty “the works” pizza minus black olives with EXTRA CHEESE and it was perfect. I was impressed with the fact that they actually put alot of cheese as I requested because some pizza places do not when u ask 4 it. We also love the papadia but wish you could add extra ingredients like mushrooms to the philly steak.
