INCREDIBLE food and excellent recommendations by Sam the GM, she was so knowledgeable and considerate and a minor dislike of a cocktail by our table resulted in super attentive consideration and a new drink which was very appreciated.
Will say the other servers were not nearly as attentive and frankly absent, but I won’t take away from the Fluke rating as a whole bc Sam and the food were well worth the praise. Will definitely be back but I’d implore the team to encourage the waitstaff to pay more attention to the tables (we waited for like 15 minutes to order while with one other table was present to even be initially served and barely got a check in throughout the 2 hours we were there from the waiter assigned our table). Thank you so so much to Sam, looking forward to coming back as a local and recommending the spot in the future.

Visit before this place gets too popular! The food is absolutely exceptional, and Sam, the manager, was a total delight. Her recommendation to try the stracciatella cheese with the oysters was mind-blowing; such a unique pairing that sent my taste buds on a wild ride. Please, please get the oysters with the cheese add-on. You will not regret it.

Love the sister restaurant, but man — this was a tough one. Ordered two dirty grey goose martinis but it was not even close to a tolerable drink. Moreover, the bartender was super grumpy and the inside smelled of mold. I don’t understand how you have bottle service north of $250 in a place like that.

Great addition to the neighborhood!! Shrimp toast, oysters with stacciatella (who knew?!), delicious crudos, fantastic burger, and a great bottle of wine. No reservation required, chilled vibe, and Samantha is the best!
