This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a sonic. So we get there we order on the app we checked in to a stall. The 1st order we put in never makes it to us after the screen telling us that our food was on the way. So we put in another order for a co-worker to bring back to them for lunch and riddle me this how does my 2nd order get to me first but my first order doesn’t make it to me tell I have to push the red button and tell them I am missing a order. Customer service was absolute garbage. Rude over the headset when I had to push the button to tell them I was missing a order. Also the person that gave me my order was rude and had a attitude. I highly don’t recommend getting or ordering anything from this sonic unless you want to deal with rude and unprofessional employees who don’t care. Go to a different one

Customer service was horrible pulled up to the drive through and got treated with “yeah” nothing else just “yeah” then the person claimed to not hear me over my vehicle noise…. Which I had shut off my car to give the order. They told me to pull up to the window to continue my order. The lady wasn’t very welcoming or apologetic in any form. Was very rude in my opinion for being in a customer service driven business. She also claimed she could not split payment for my order where I know I’ve done many of times. I left with only have of my order and feeling bad about my experience. This also hasn’t been the first time I received this kind of service here at this location. This last visit has confirmed for me I will no longer visit any sonics in the future.

Fast service and the bacon garlic butter burger was delicious. We ordered on the app and the food was out to us in less than 5 minutes. The server was polite and nice enough to bring us condiments back out.

I never write reviews but this honestly needs to be addressed. Me and a friend came to sonic after work to get something to eat. We went to the drive in and waited almost 10 mins after we pressed the red button and no response. Finally went to drive thru and ordered. When we got to the window Mikayla, the worker, took a while to acknowledge us and when she did it was with a bad attitude. Handed us our food and spilled some of our meal which was popcorn chicken and half of it was spilt out. She just stared at it. Didn’t apologize or clean up the mess or offer us more of our meal. Also got a cherry limeade slush and it was not even mixed up at all. It just looked white on top and barely anything in the bottom. It’s was disgusting. It just really tasted like ice. And also it was leaking all on the sides. We love sonic a lot but we was absolutely disappointed in the service we got today.

If I could give a double 0 I would there service is horrible there food is horrible can’t even get them to answer the phone to let them know about our order which the hamburger tasted out of date like needs to be thrown out and the milk shakes we got the milk was spoiled so I don’t recommend anyone to go here when there open half the time there shut down

I have gotten to the point that i refuse to go to this location. I figured after over a year of not going there i would atleast try. I dont know why i bothered. Pulled into the drive through on a Saturday morning at 11 am. No one in the stalls and no one in drive. Man taking my order was short with me and not very polite. I really can’t figure out why at 11 am when they’re fully switched over to lunch that both our burgers are dry as a bone and almost inedible. Seems like they reheated burgers from last night’s shift. Which is disgusting and unacceptable. I asked for no mayo and I guess someone took it as a joke and covered my whole burger including the toppings in mayo. I had to wipe down my burger in order to eat it and lost half the toppings in the process because I finally gave up. Every time I have come here in the past 3 years it’s been the same story. Rude staff and long wait times for sub par food. I don’t know how they’re still open at this point. Either sell the franchise to someone who will care or turn it into a different restaurant. For being so central to the main part of BG its always empty and for good reason PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I have got to share to things. All of the Sonics in BG have turned of the online ordering but this one and Nashville Road. Sonic has a neew invention that is wonderful and that is taping the Route 44 lids on with a logo. Thank you as this is tremendous. We have had numerous lids pop off and get a drink everywhere. This is an incredible solution. Thank you!
