Trash. Was trying to place an order and whoever was taking it, literally stopped taking my order. However right before, they did get loud and rude. They did not have one thing that I was ordering right on the screen. I will never be back to that place. I wished I could give this place a zero star. The service was just trash. Why am I even writing a review on this place.

It took more than 30 minutes for us to get our food and it wasn’t even warm when they brought it out to us! We ordered simple food! I ordered 2 corn dogs and tots and my mom ordered a classic grilled chicken sandwich. It should not have taken them 30 minutes. We sat here and waited while we watched other people get their food. They must have forgotten about our order. We also did not receive any napkins! I will not be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would!

If i could rate lower I would. Service was awful. We ordered off the app. Waited nearly half an hour for food. Didn’t get the full order. Waited over an hour for the rest. When we called to lodge what should be a reasonable complaint the person was extremely rude to us along with everyone else. I recommend going somewhere else. This doesn’t even take account of the food which was poorly made and the ice cream was fully melted.

I just waited for over 45 minutes on 2 milkshakes. Called in once after waiting 20 or so minutes to verify the order was accepted, and they said it was on its way out. Another 20+ minutes pass and still no shakes. Called in again and it seemed as though they never had our order.

Normally this is a wonderful place for good food and service. But today we didn’t receive everything needed to eat our order. The cherry limeade tasted of mold, perhaps from the ice or the machinery that held the drink. Asked for replacement of drinks, got a Dr Pepper of mostly carbonation. When we recieved our items missing and different drink, they were served with an attitude of disgust. I know they were busy, but if this is what to expect when they are busy, having at least three wait runners, then they need more training and cleaning of their equipment.

If I could rank this zero stars I definitely would. I’ve been waiting for over 45 minutes for some drinks, won’t be back to this location EVER again. We called them back on the speaker and asked about our order but they wouldn’t respond. Left empty handed. Even if they lost the order or forgot they could have at least told us instead of leaving us on the speaker waiting for a response. Location wasn’t terribly busy, and our order wasn’t complex at all. Very disappointed.

Worst sonic ever. Placed order on app and checked 5 minutes later. 10 min after checking in, showed on screen order on way out. After 18 min pushed button and asked about order and was told on way. After being there 30 min still no order. I pushed button again and waited, still nothing. Asked for manager, didn’t get one. Called and asked for refund was told would and she hung up. At this point been waiting 50+ min and they brought out wrong order. I simply ordered a cup of water and cup of ice . They did give me a coupon for a free drink only good for that location….I LIVE OVER 2 HOURS AWAY. Besides that, I would not go back anyway.

Food is good, but they NEVER put napkins. Also always have to request items that should be included. Ex: marinara for cheese sticks (yes we requested it). Plus the woman that brought the food had an attitude. That was the our last time to go.

If I could rate it a 0 I would, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake for my daughter with some mozzarella sticks and a large coke with lite ice and had to call back 3 times after hearing sorry we’re short staffed to your food is on it’s way but there were others who arrived and ordered way more and got it before I left. I waited 50 minutes and the only reason I waited was because I paid with my card 1st. Sonic on Getwell will never see me again
