I had ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni cheese and banana peppers that turned out excellent and I also had ordered an eight piece boneless parmesan, chicken wings and I always order from that place.And i’m telling you, I am very disappointed in how they did the wings.There’s hardly no sauce on them and for how much they charge you for the wings, you would think they’d put enough sauce on there so at least they get covered.

This Pizza Hut in particular has the best drivers and best cheese/sauce ratio I’ve yet to have at any pizza place. The pizza pictured is a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Nothing extra, but man…the cheese is perfect

Ordered ahead and gave them ample time to get pizza ready. I arrived and was ignored by the staff for several minutes. Finally paid and then told that the single large pizza I ordered wasn’t ready. Had to wait and then found out they got my order wrong and didn’t include any toppings. Didn’t even get an apology.

Used the drive through for a mobile order. Pizza, wings, and bread sticks are always hot and fresh. People are efficient and kind. It is amazing how quickly they get the food out.

Robert and I believe Linda was her name, were very refreshing and light spirited for being very busy on a Friday during dinner rush. I was very overheated and not very happy when I “dashed” in, as I was working myself. They made me laugh with their humorous nature, and despite having to carry yet another order to my car on a very hot day, I still walked out the door smiling.

I just want Thsnk the manager from Pizza Hut Dover, Ohio. I placed the wrong order. I had eye surgery two weeks ago. I did not read it correctly when I was ordering on my phone. I had my grandchildren here and I accidentally ordered the spicy pizza. I called them up and they were nice enough to deliver another pizza to me without charging me anything Excellent customer service. She was so nice and understanding to my situation. It was nice and clean inside and outside. Only 1 person was handling the drive-through window and counter. The pizza was ready when I arrived. I ordered a large Ultimate Supreme. There were enough meats but lacked vegetables. I had sweet marinara sauce, which had flavor. It was still hot when I arrived home. I ordered online and was asked to tip. When I was at the counter, I was asked again on the pin pad before being given the food. I did not find this a good company practice being asked to tip 2 times.

I ordered the new bundle deal twice. The food was fresh, hot and oh so delicious!!!!! The price for all the food you get is phenomenal!!!!! I have to say that all the food was phenomenal – totally out of this world!!!! However, the boneless chicken wings are absolutely phenomenal!!!!! The wings are soooo big, tender and oh so tasty!!!!!!! Hands down, Pizza Huts boneless wings ARE 100% MORE BETTER THAN Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!!!
